dry lips

hi, i was wondering how to get rid of dry lips.theres always a layer of dry skin on them.i always try chapstick but it dont last. like in a couple minutes they'll get dry again.the only time the dry layer is not on them is when i like scratch it off..is there any kind of medicine or something i can do to stop this?

This one guy at school always makes me feel very uncomfortable. He comes into my class when it's not even his class to harass me. He says things like, ooo she is so hot, I'd like to have her in bed, I wonder what she would sound like and than he moans really loudly.He was even like, watch her ass cheeks swing back and forth. Worse yet, he has like 5 guys who backed him up laughing and saying yeah. I know he was being mean about it. But either way, I still dont deserve to be treated like that if I dont want to be. Hey I have a problem. I am a CHRISTIAN and BAPTIST and there is this boy I really like he's cute, nice, kind, funny, understands me, and he doesn't just judge me on my outward aperance atleast it seems that way. Well, I really like this guy but, he's not a CHRISTIAN!!! If I go to a salon and ask to get my eyebrows shaped. Do they show you pictures or uh, stencils to chose from? Or do they go off on their own?
Do they shape eyebrows well? Because I had big bushy eyebrows and I overplucked.. for about 2 years. I stoppped and I'm growing them out. They are odd little creatures on my face. Not all that feminine..
What is better? Salon or beauty college ?

I'm small and.. lacking 'meat' in areas. I'm 15. 5'0 ft. 85 pounds. No eating disorders.
I want my clothes to fit me better but I have no idea where to go? Sometimes 'Small' is.. still big.
Two questions:
How do I gain weight? [high metabolism, folks]
Suggest some foods? [Healthy please] I don't usually eat meat.
And
What stores carry small sizes? [websites please]
None of my clothes fit me in the right places until about a year or two after I bought it.
I've seen many small girls rock their clothes but they have beautiful curves and weigh more than me. I do have curves but I'm just 'skin and bones'
Any help? :/

Dry scalp/Head

Hey so if anyone reads and answers this I will really appreciate it.
Basically, two years ago, I had little flaky dandruff (meaning that when i scratch my head, small small pieces of dandruff would fall off...I then started using dandruff shampoo for 6 weeks, and there was no difference, so I then switched to a different dandruff shampoo, once againt here was no difference. I then decided to use hydrating shampoo and conditioner ( $30) and still no difference. And it's still contiuning today.
Is there any lotion or something you can put on your head, without affecting your actual hair? And what type of shampoo and conditioner should I use. ( I have tried head and shoulders, and many other different brands.)

Dessert for Two

My boyfriend's gone for the weekend, and I want to make him a really nice dinner tomorrow night when he gets back.
Thing is, I can't think of a good dessert to make for him. He doesn't like cheesecake, and I don't want to make a cake, because we'll never eat it all before it goes bad.

2 ethiopian sisters came to my school. Someone managed to take them out of their home and get them to a safer place. They don't know english. Only 'Hi'.
And there's this group of black girls who keep attacking them I guess. They fought with them.. for basically.. no reason.
These two girls didn't do anything! Should I go to the office and tell them that they need a security person watching out for them?

I think out of all of my friends, I'm probably the only one that hasn't had a girlfriend. Is that weird? I'm a really independent person and I'm not really into any girls. It's almost like there isn't anyone worth going out with at school. I'm also pretty picky so it feels like I have no chance.

I have a best friend whose really cool. Me and him met in marching band and eventually became really good friends.
