i am 14/f and i weigh 129 and i'm 5'4 5'5 okay so i am not over weight but i have excessive body fat around my stomache area! i am going away in about 2 weeks for summer vaca and i want to lose 5 pounds. thats i think enough time. so right now i eat very lightly with carrots furits ect. & drink nothing but water. i run/walk 1-2 miles everyday && go to the gym for an hour every night. well most nights at least. && crunches everyo ther day. i have one more question. everyone says cardio always works to lose weight, thats running biking walking cross trainer right? i just started so if i keep this up will it work?! <33 thanks in advance!

sherriffs sale

My boyfriends ex girlfriend owns the house we are in. He doesnt know that i know the house is foreclosing. We are moving into our new home next month around the 15th. I saw the sherriff auction paper in his car and it is for the 11th. Arent i going to find out eventually??Does the winning bidder push eviction? how does that work.He says he is in a hurry to buy our new house because his ex is pushing him out. Should i be worried that he is so secretive? why wont he just tell me the truth?I wont be angry with him.

Souvenirs

Okay, so our hs graduation is on Friday already, and I want to give my closest and not-so-close friends a little something that would serve as a souvenir. Any ideas as to what I can give aside from [perhaps] farewell letters? But nothing too expensive, please ;). I really want to give them a little something since I'd be far away in college... as in I'd be really far from them cuz my university is far from theirs....

I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for four and a half years. We had an argument last night about our sex lives. He said to me that he's tired of routine and him always initiating sex. He says that he is tired of me being "conservative" when it comes to sex and can count on one hand how many times I've actually initiated. We've argued about this before and afterwards I would initiate because I know he's right. But itd only be once until he complains again. The problem is that he's right and I know I can't be mad. I am divorced. We have 3 kids together ages 10,9,7... my son is the 7 year old. He comes home upset from visiting his father every time.He has been living with this boy who is 6 for a year, His mother has 5 kids by 4 different fathers and 2 are serving life in prison. one is (the boys) father. He is going to marry the boys mom in july and adopt him. This would be fine if he was a fit father but he is not.She is also a convicted felon.who only has custody of 1 of her 5 children. Too Shy, Big Crush

To start off, I'm a guy in college. I have easily had 15 crushes in my life (one one true relationship) and I can usually talk to the girl even though I'm really shy. But this girl in one of my classes has the most beautiful smile and I am extremely attracted to her. Like more than any other crush I've ever had. She is always looking over in my direction, and at first I didn't think it was at me, but today we made pretty brief eye contact. So I think she may be looking at me. But I am just so amazed by her or something that everytime after class, I get cold feet and can't get up the nerve to talk to her. okay lets say i wanted to give my boyfriend a bj.
hes never done more than just kiss another girl besides me. so basically.. hes never been in contact with anything that could possibly give him an std. except he was in the hospital a bunch of times when he was like seven and he had like surgerys and stuff for his allergies to foods or something. i dont know. but he couldnt possibly get like aids or anything from that right? and so lets say he has no stds.. then if i give him a bj i cant get anything right? except for hpv because its in the sperm. but it cant be the kind that turns into cervical cancer right?.. because the virus isnt coming into contact with the cervix. is this correct? im kinda scared of getting stuff and dying so i dont wanna take any really big risks. thanks.

Frizzy Hair

Not sure if this is the exact category. Anyway, I'm a guy and whenever I use my shampoo, once my hair dries it frizzes out quite a bit. I use Head and Shoulders to control dandruff. Whenever I use a different product like pert plus, I get dandruff like no other but then my hair is ok. Does anybody know of a product that wont freak my hair out?

Broke both arms

I recently broke both of my arms, I had a terrible dislocation and fracture on my right elbow and both bones in my left forearm are broken. This happened in a rock climbing accident(i've been climbing for 5 years and I decided to go without a rope one day) Anyways, the injuries aren't too serious and the bones should heal and be even stronger by the time it's done healing. However, I do have a serious dilemma. With both my arm in casts, how do i wipe my own butt when I go to the bathroom? (in case you're wondering, it took me a looong time to type this question)

Ok, 'mental health' isn't the right category, but I couldn't find anything close to my prob.
I'm terrified of human beings. Male and female. I only have around 5 close friends, no one else. Whenever it comes to ordering food, I panic, start crying and refuse to call the place to ask for delivery - even though it's on the phone! I make my friend pay for the shopping I do (i give her the money, of course) because I'm just scared to do it myself. Everytime I'm at the mall and I get lost (i get lost all the time...=() I start crying and shaking because of the crowd around me.
I live in a pretty safe and quiet country (the only war we've had was between the bedouins and camels) and I should have nothing to worry about but m...

alright i just made a new picture for myspace and it relates to this video i saw.
now i want to put a video in my picure caption space, but seeing as the links to video URLS are so long, it's not really possible. i'm just asking to anybody out there, is there any sites that you know of that shorten VIDEO urls or anything so it'd fit in the caption space?
i know there's regular URL shortening sites, but those are for pictures and things, not videos.

So i was wondering, if you GUYS could answer, what turns you on more a girl with a body type like kiera knightley/sasha cohen or a girl with a body type thats maybe 10-20 lbs overweight. I respect everyone's oppinons but i feel self-consciounce because my body type is more of the kiera knightley/sasha cohen type...and i have no confidence from my body cause i feel that people look at me as anorexic, but then when i see girls overweight in a bikini they have all the confidence in the world and i'm kinda of like the wallflower in that type of situation so would you rather date a girl wiht a body type like kiera knightleys/sasha cohens or someone thats like 10-20 lbs overweight and why?? lately i've been so confused and alone. i've tried everything, and i've even started to think that i'm depressed, but i can't think of a way to talk to my parents or friends about it because i've been known to be the "good" one who's life doesn't suck and that my life is the best.
