From what it sounds like, you are doing everything right. A lot of girls who desperately want to lose weight can learn a lot from you.

Yes, cardio is running, walking, biking. It also includes things such as jumproping and jumping jacks(although I don't recommend doing 200 jumping jacks per day in attempt to lose weight). If you keep up what you're doing, you may lose more than 5 pounds.

hey, well according to my doctor, at 5`0 your suppose to be 100 pounds. everytime you go up in height your suppose to add 5 pounds. so at 5`1 you should be 105, at 5`2 you should be 110, at 5`3 you should be 115, at 5`4 your suppose to be 120, and at 5`5 your suppose to be 125. your not too much overweight. only about 5-9 pounds depending on if your 5`4 or 5`5. what your doing is great, but a little too much for your body at one time. i know you want to get healthy, but take it slow. good luck :].

Yes this should work, but you should seriously think about what you are doing to your body. If you try to lose weight now, when your body isn't fully grown, it can cause you a lot of damage. So instead of trying to lose weight, why not tone up instead. To get a toned stomach, do about 50 sit ups every night - or if you would rather some variation, have a look online.
Think about what you are doing to yourself. You shouldn't be dieting at this age.
