lower belly fat

i have a perfect figure and body etc and I'm happy with it, the only problem is that, i have this like fate or something on the sides of my belly button. its like a lower belly fat thing, i don't know how to work it out and lose it. and help would really help. :) thanks.

Ive been working out for a while now
i was overweight before
but now im skinny
jus got a little tummy so thats why im still working out to lose it,i do the same thing all the time but ive noticed that im sweating less than before
everyone is tellin me thats a good thing
cause it means im skinnier and have more stamina "energy"
so its a good thing right?
and now that im skinny is it going to be harder to lose the weight now?

slimming down

I'm an athlete. But I'm not like super-lean or anything. I'm pretty bulky, especially in my lower body/butt. It's not because I'm fat- I'm just solid there, and it's hard for me to find shorts/pants that fit well. I want to slim down some, so how do I do this? I run often, but I know that builds muscle also, so should I cut back on my food intake more? Or work out more? I don't want to be any more muscular, just smaller and more toned.

Weight loss

I need to lose about 1 1/2 or 2 inches on my waist. It dosnt really matter how long it takes, I just want to loose it. So if anyone would give me any tips on how to acheive my goal that would help alot. Thanks!

Sort of gross...

This is really weird and gross, but I think I have like stretch marks on my butt.
It's so embarrassing, I can't wear a bathing suit without feeling embarrassed because they show.

Anyway, I am skinny (105 lbs, 5' 4"). I don't understand why I have these weird marks. They just showed up a few months ago. I exercise three times a week, cardio and stuff.

I'm fifteen, so could they be like growth...marks?

Is there any way to get rid of them?

that's my question. so as i stated before, i cramped a lot last year if i ate lunch because i had gym right after. genius school supervisors, eh?

i know it's really, really bad to skip lunch, especially since i'd overeat later in the day. i managed my weight and although i wouldn't mind losing a few pounds, i am NOT seeking to lose weight. so, therefore, i want to eat lunch so that i can eat a normal dinner not only because it would prevent me from gaining weight (not that i did last year.. idk how i did that) but because it's healthier.

so what should i do? i want to eat something for lunch but everything made me cramp. and eating something re...

Flat Stomach

For a very long time I've wanted a belly button ring, and finally I talked to my mom about it. She said that if I can make my stomach COMPLETELY flat, I can get one. Like I'm talking NO fat, but I don't want too much muscle or a six pack or anything, because that's scary on a girl. lol. My tummy is already pretty flat, I just have a bit of a "pooch". I basically need to know what do I have to do to get a completely flat stomach in as little time as possible.

Big Legs

Hey guys, I'm F/17 5'4 and I have big thighs. It really bugs me bc it makes me wear a bigger pant size, but then the pants are to long and to big in my waist. In skirts and shorts I wear a 5-6. But with pants its a 7-8 and they are big on me but my legs but they are still kinda tight on m legs, if I would go any bigger I would need plat forms!!.
So what are some things I can do to make my legs smaller.
I'm in tooons of sports, gymnastics, cheerleading, basketball, track, could that be it??

But Wouldn't squats make my legs even bigger? any help?? THANKS!!

Weight?

Ok well I'm 13/f and I weigh around 165 pounds and I'm only 5"2. I don't look like I would weigh that much, but i do. So are there any ways for me to lose some weight? I really want to loose a few pounds before school starts up soon.

but it really sucks cause when im at sleepaway camp im always moving and exercising no matter what. i dont eat a lot cause the food sucks. when i do its usually like salad. in camp i was the perfect weight. now im home, and i cant be moving all day 24/7 no matter how much i want to be. i went on a lot of long car rides. also my parents take me out to dinner a lot and the portions are larger. i gained a good 5 6 pounds in the last week and a half and i feel disgusting. what are some creative and reasonable ways to burn off five or six pounds? quickly too, because school starts in a week and i want to look better than i do now.

Losing weight.

Okay so i'm overweight not on the brink of obesity but enough to want to lose some kilo's.

I looked up some fitness videos on youtube which have helped me become more fit and are a good way for me to excercise (especially since i cant really afford a gym membership or anything like that at this moment)

The thing is, i mostly want to lose weight from my stomach area.

I know when you start losing weight you lose it from the areas you don't want to lose it (i.e breasts) but i was wondering that apart from doing sit ups are there any other ways to help me lose weight from my stomach in particular?

And if there is any really good fitness DVD's i could check out it would be helpful along...

Hey im 19 years old and i want to lose my belly fat and i know that running will help me lose my belly but im skinny from my legs so i dont wanna lose from my legs and i think that if i start runnin that my legs will get thinner and i dont want that, does anyone have any idea what i could do?

i JUST ate at least 500 calories worth of food
i had field hockey practice about 2 hours ago for 3 hours..so that's about 2,000 calories burned.

what will happen to the 500 calories i just ate? will they end up as fat? (god forbid)

hi im on my schools vball team. i want to trim down my butt and thighs. however, im afraid that i will get toned and then get "thick legs".

I want to lose weight.

Ok, i weigh like, 50-52 kgs.
& It's not all muscle.

I have a larger bum & bigger things then i actually want.

I've tried regular regurgitation (throwing up)
but that wasn't a smart idea. i got dizzy and really unfocused in class.

So, I've turned to exercise.

My question is:
What exercises are good, for your 'ass & thighs'

ALSO!!!
I like my boobs the size they are.
& i really don't want to lose any weight from them! [If possible]

please help.
