Toning Upper Arms

I would like to tone my upper arms. Biceps. I'm a girl so I dont want them muscley, just toned. any good workouts? weights? ...anything thats helped you?

Use weights. If you don't want to really gain a lot of muscle mass then don't use a heavy weight, just use one with enough resistance to really feel it. Perhaps 5 or 8lbs. Check online and you'll be able to find tricep, shoulder, and bicep muscles. Since you'll be using a lighter weight it might be good to do more reps also.
