Ok well I'm 13/f and I weigh around 165 pounds and I'm only 5"2. I don't look like I would weigh that much, but i do. So are there any ways for me to lose some weight? I really want to loose a few pounds before school starts up soon.
Thanks!

Dontyoufakeit13 answered Wednesday August 27 2008, 11:32 am: im 13 aswell and i used to weigh 160 pounds but now im like 125 er something im not going to say it was easy because honestly it was the most hardest thing ive ever been through so you should be determined :)
what you should do is
Eat healthy and not as much as you do
Work out daily
whenever your hungry go eat a cucumber or something healthy like an apple :)
DONT starve yourself
Every Once a week you should eat wat you want
Example: Chocalate bar,Pack of chips,Candy,etc.
Dont starve yourself because if you do then when you lose all your weight it could be gained again very quickly.
Hope i helped
Good luck :) tell me how it goes.:) [ Dontyoufakeit13's advice column | Ask Dontyoufakeit13 A Question ]
