but it really sucks cause when im at sleepaway camp im always moving and exercising no matter what. i dont eat a lot cause the food sucks. when i do its usually like salad. in camp i was the perfect weight. now im home, and i cant be moving all day 24/7 no matter how much i want to be. i went on a lot of long car rides. also my parents take me out to dinner a lot and the portions are larger. i gained a good 5 6 pounds in the last week and a half and i feel disgusting. what are some creative and reasonable ways to burn off five or six pounds? quickly too, because school starts in a week and i want to look better than i do now.

Just eat what you can, and don't eat all the food. Eat until you are full, but not stuffed. For excersise, maybe if you look on the internet for some workout to do in the morning, like a routine for situps or something and do that every morning when you wake up or before you go to bed.
Katlyn answered Wednesday August 27 2008, 1:58 am: you should set up a eating plan so that even if you do go out for dinner and have large portions it wont effect your weight so what you should do is have a small breakfast a piece of toast and a glass of juice and a bowl of fruit should do it and for lunch have a sandwhich with cucumbers and cheese and other healthy stuff and then for dinner you can have large portions of food but make sure if you have a eating plan you need to exercise just as much you should just run around your neighbourhood a few times or ride your bike or play some sports or do some indoor exercises basically do anything that makes you sweat because sweat takes off the pounds good luck:) [ Katlyn's advice column | Ask Katlyn A Question ]
