that's my question. so as i stated before, i cramped a lot last year if i ate lunch because i had gym right after. genius school supervisors, eh?
i know it's really, really bad to skip lunch, especially since i'd overeat later in the day. i managed my weight and although i wouldn't mind losing a few pounds, i am NOT seeking to lose weight. so, therefore, i want to eat lunch so that i can eat a normal dinner not only because it would prevent me from gaining weight (not that i did last year.. idk how i did that) but because it's healthier.
so what should i do? i want to eat something for lunch but everything made me cramp. and eating something really small only made me hungrier so i'd eat even MORE when i got back from school. i have health first marking period i think untilll mid or late november, but what do i do after that?
what i mean is, second, third and fourth marking periods, i'd have gym either one, two, or three periods after lunch. and once (or twice, which happens every four weeks), i'd have lunch and then gym the period after. i don't know if i'll still cramp if i have gym two or three periods after lunch, but i know i will once a week when i have gym right after lunch.
should i just skip lunch altogether? i get home at 2:25 when lunch is at 10 am, and i wake up at 6 am. if i have a light breakfast, which i will regardless of whether i have lunch or not, is it REALLY that unhealthy to go ~8 hours without food like that? i do not get dizzy or sick so there's no worries about that. but what should i do?
