I need to lose about 1 1/2 or 2 inches on my waist. It dosnt really matter how long it takes, I just want to loose it. So if anyone would give me any tips on how to acheive my goal that would help alot. Thanks!

Dont starve yourself just dont over eat.. a good way to do that.. to first eliminate snacking.. then eliminate 3 meals a day.. instead break that down to about 5-6 small meals per day.. Reason for this is that if you eat small meals your food will be evenly digested throughout the whole day and you can burn the calories off without putting too much extra into your self and you wont feel hungry!
Also.. Drink Green Tea
I'm not shure how fit you are.. but a good way to burn calories that works really good and isnt completely guna kill you is this
Run one mile but break it down into of the track
break it down into like 16 sections
Sprint as fast as you can thru one section which should be the straightaway or the turn use those as sections you should have 16 in a mile
Once you sprint that section do an exersise
do pushups
situps
jumping jacks
lunges
whatever you want really
and it actually feels good cause it gives you a change of pace and you can catch ur breath before you sprint the next section.. and by the time you get done with all 16 you feel great because you did all those exersizes and you ran a mile..
