i have a perfect figure and body etc and I'm happy with it, the only problem is that, i have this like fate or something on the sides of my belly button. its like a lower belly fat thing, i don't know how to work it out and lose it. and help would really help. :) thanks.

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? rambleon answered Thursday September 4 2008, 9:06 pm: there are so many different work outs for lower abs and the lower stomach area. like laying on your back and putting your hands under your bum and lowering your legs till your feet are like 6 inches off the ground. hold it there for like 15 second reps and then bring your legs up for a break inbetween. another is simple crunches with your knees up. or laying on your back and bringing your legs straight up and crossing them and then lifting your bum and legs off the ground straight up using your lower abs. this i find really effective. you can really feel it working. Walking always helps, Also try laying down on you're back and putt you're hands behind your head and lift your knees to your chest do that 10-15 times a day you will see a difference.
