Ive been working out for a while now
i was overweight before
but now im skinny
jus got a little tummy so thats why im still working out to lose it,i do the same thing all the time but ive noticed that im sweating less than before
everyone is tellin me thats a good thing
cause it means im skinnier and have more stamina "energy"

Well, i'm not a big person to talk to about weight.
but, what i do know is that your body is getting used to working out.
its a very good thing, so you're right.
And i think you might have to work a little harder to lose the weight, but not enourmously harder.
