i want smaller thys. i run a mile a day or a little over a mile a day, and do track & soon cheerleading again. i don't want my thys to get more muscle.. will runing get them bigger? i just want to loose weigh and get skinner- my top is small but my thys/butt are too big. what can i do? i dont want to go to a gym or yoga -home kinda exercises

ok so my best friend may like me. im not 100% sure. but since i have thought that he does or hear that he does i cant stop thinking about it. its on my mind 24/7. but like when im thinking about it i think about us going out and i jsut cant picture that so then i start thinking about how we cant go out. like i seriously jsut cant picture him and me together. but im seriously thinking about him all the time but it always ends with me saying wre never going to be. and i think i like him but im not sure. does it seem like i do? he is cute. but hes liek a really big nerd. haha lol. and im not sure im going to want to go out with him. but everyone says we will. and when i think about the prom or talk about it with my friends. their like oh your ...

my brother is the preppy popular guy. im the gothic creepy girl. its just two different cliques not life or death. he gets anything he wants. and sometimes i have to do stuff for him. hes a lazy ass. i went off on him he said mom shes being mean. i could have knocked him out cold. hes in highschool. i got grounded i refused to get him a drink and yelled at him. is that gay or what. i talk to my parents they dont care. everyone notices it but my parents even he said i have a shitty life ya slave. im not his slave im his younger sister. my friends notice it their surprised how well im takin it. im gona kill him. how do i get it through their tick skulls IM NOT A SLAVE. im goin fuckin crazy i get grounded if i dont do his work right! how do i get my parents to stop!

Please!!!!! help. I am a 13 year old girl. I am pretty small (5 ft, 87 pounds). I want to know when I will get my period. I have had pubic and armpit hair for like a couple years and I have had discharge for probably a year. I feel so left out because all my friends have had there period and I have heard that your breasts get bigger when you get your period. WHAT ARE OTHER SIGNS OF WHEN I WILL GET MY PERIOD BESIDES THE BASIC ONES! I am so insecure at this stage of my life and I do not know what to do!! HELP! Thanks <3.

Ok well..there is this kid i really like that is in my grade, i am in 8th. He doesnt know that i like him and i dont know if i should tell him. We are pretty close friends but i dont know what he would think if i ever told him i liked him. but another problem is is that 2 of my friends like him too. but they like him for different reasons. i like him because he is nice to me but they like him because mostly his look and from past relationships. i never dated him before. i really need some help. sorry this is long.

i submitted this question once already but it like didn't go through so i fixed it up a bit..
alright well..
one of my friends has very strict parents. so they were looking at her search history and found her myspace. they also found mine.
i'm not aloud to have a myspace. my parents made it very clear that if i had one, i'd be in deep trouble. i wouldnt be allowed on the computer for a long time and when i am allowed to my parents would watch my every move. so on AIM, i cant talk to anyone about private stuff.
i deleted my account already but i dont know what to do. my friends dad said hes going to tell my parents. her dad is going to say he saw it a few days ago so there's no hidi...

Ok, so I'm fourteen... The girl I like/likes me, is fifteen.. She also likes someother guys, but I dunno how many... But we talk A LOT over IM and texting, but I don't ever see her at school 'cause we don't have any classes together.. And I already tried asking her out but she said she still had to figure out what guy she liked, because she really wasn't sure on who she like the MOST.. I know that sounds bad but I REALLY like this girl.. Any ideas on what I should do??

hi
i already posted a question just like this, but i didnt get quite the answers i was waiting for. Please dont tell me to go to the doctor because i dont have the money for it. And operations dont work either. I have tried lotions, and tanning oils etc. but all they gave me was zits. I dont know how to get rid of all those stretch marks. If it helps, i have brown skin, and white stretch marks. Please help.

ok so at my school theres this girl thats like really mean and that why alot of people don't like her. i heard she had sex in 7th grade and then in 8th grade beat up some other girl and she thinks she's really tough and she isn't and she's like the biggest bitch ever and she's trouble and what i mean by that is that she goes to court alot or always is getting in trouble. and she does drugs to.. i don't understand why is she so mean and full of herself? and why don't her parents do nething abt her?

okay, so when i am standing, i have a 4 pack, and my stomach is totally flat, which i like. but, when i sit down, it gets really big and i get love handles. does this happen to everyone? and, how can i get rid of it?

I've been eating one meal a day. I know this is probably not healthy...and I'm not doing it to diet. I just can't stop. I didn't have breakfast or lunch 2 days in a row and when i returned home I had a dinner which barely consisted of anything. I really am not dieting although I am overweight...I am content with myself. I'm sure this is not healthy but I do drink lots of water and juices. Can anything bad happpen to me?

okay so my problem is that i think too much.. mostly about stupid things.. like i picture them a differnt way than reality. i always think of the worst possible thing that can happen. like my boyfriend was going to his friends house and there were gonna be 2 girls and 5 guys. so i said to him just be careful with the girls. i know he's not going to do anything with them but thats what popped into my head. it's weird and i want to stop! any suggestions?

15/f. i'm a shy person unless i'm your friend then i'm more outgoing. i guess i'm just afraid to embarrass myself and i care what people think of me. i want to stop being like this. i just want to let go and have fun!
also like my sister who is 17 sometimes takes me out with her friends and i'm always so quite and i hardly talk. what can i do so i talk more but not annoying? i just want to be fun to be around!
