so confused
ok so my best friend may like me. im not 100% sure. but since i have thought that he does or hear that he does i cant stop thinking about it. its on my mind 24/7. but like when im thinking about it i think about us going out and i jsut cant picture that so then i start thinking about how we cant go out. like i seriously jsut cant picture him and me together. but im seriously thinking about him all the time but it always ends with me saying wre never going to be. and i think i like him but im not sure. does it seem like i do? he is cute. but hes liek a really big nerd. haha lol. and im not sure im going to want to go out with him. but everyone says we will. and when i think about the prom or talk about it with my friends. their like oh your gonna go with him i know it. and i thin im gonna go with him. i have always said it. but i dont know. im soooo confused.

to me it seems like you do like him but the reason you cannot picture you two together is because he's your best friend and it would just seem weird. if he's on you're mind 24/7, that definitely means something. you could always give it a try and if it doesn't work out i'm almost positive it wouldn't really change anything since you're best friends. i hope i helped. good luck<3

You're having mixed feelings on this. From what I can see, you really are confused. [EDIT: Stating the obvious here] There are two reasons that people think about other people constantly- and those are:
thinking about them in absolute disgust and hatred
and
Thinking about them because you have an interest in them.
So- because you're continuously thinking about him- I think its safe to assume that you like him. Yes- you may not picture yourself with him, but love is mysterious and unpredictable. If you're willing to, you should ask him if he likes you. Yes- it will be awkward, but it may end up that he likes you and you like him. Then- you may just be the newest couple in town.
