i want smaller thys. i run a mile a day or a little over a mile a day, and do track & soon cheerleading again. i don't want my thys to get more muscle.. will runing get them bigger? i just want to loose weigh and get skinner- my top is small but my thys/butt are too big. what can i do? i dont want to go to a gym or yoga -home kinda exercises

um you can do sqwats um take 2 hand weights and have them in your hands and bring them to your shoulders and go in to a sitting position (but dont actually sit down obviously) hah and then stand back up and do that 10x 3 reps
