I need to have a good preppy reputation again at my new hig

Question Posted Saturday April 14 2007, 8:15 pm

Ok, I am going to a new high school next fall, and i would really like to have a reputation as a prep. I have the personality, and I kind of was a prep at my old school, but I got caught up in the wrong crowd and my rep went down the drain. SO, I would like step-by-step type advice on how to have a sweet, preppy, reputation at my new school! how to meet the right people, not act like im trying to hard, how to dress, etc! thank you SO MUCH!!

As far as clothes go, walk into an Abercrombie & Fitch store and ask one of the girls there to help you pick out a few outfits. Also, pay attention to how the mannequins and the greeters at the front of the store are dressed. Those are the main "looks" that are being pushed for the season. And you can never go wrong adding a few polos, henleys, and destroyed jeans to your wardrobe.

im sure you dont want the' you should be yourself! its so much better' stuff. but i understand. i have the reputation of a 'scene kid' at my school. when i was preppy, it was all about the clothes, abercrombie, american eagle, buckel, and sometimes delias. but delias can have that 'emo/scene' look to there clothes. i hope i helped!

haha ok ok im sorry just know this to be preppy its more along the lines of clothes. Please remember that. I am a guy and i am preppy at my high school and im cool with that but remember just because you dress it doesnt mean you have to be the stereotypical preppy. I mean the stuck up bitch. And hey there are those who want to belike that and thats cool if thats there personality but if its not dont. I suggest the nice preppy which i think you stated in yopur paragraph. do what the person before said but also preppy people know everyone -not literally- but almost

Id love to sit and chant and mingle but i gotta go lol i hope that i helped

ok being a prep is basically 90% your fashion as you probley no , american eagle hollister and abercrombie clothes really help like you might not start out on top in your new school but trust me you wont start out on the bottom you'll probley be somewhere in the middle but that doesnt mean you cant climb to the topp. but always be personable say hi and stuff , like trust me ppl will wanna be your friend bc they'll be like aww shes so nice. soo just be personable but liek dont try to hard doing it haha i hope ive helped haha
