okay so my problem is that i think too much.. mostly about stupid things.. like i picture them a differnt way than reality. i always think of the worst possible thing that can happen. like my boyfriend was going to his friends house and there were gonna be 2 girls and 5 guys. so i said to him just be careful with the girls. i know he's not going to do anything with them but thats what popped into my head. it's weird and i want to stop! any suggestions?

pacsunnnx3 answered Saturday April 14 2007, 10:22 pm: the same thing happens to me. try thinking " the glass is half full" you could take your mind off of it by doing something you enjoy doing. or you could think of all the positive things to keep your mind off the negative things that aren't very likely to happen. like the boyfriend thing, you know you can trust him and you konw he's not going to do anything with them, so just keep your mind focused on that and you'll be fine. i hope i helped. <3 [ pacsunnnx3's advice column | Ask pacsunnnx3 A Question ]

The whole boyfriend thing...I mean if your thinking something like that then just talk about it even if you think it might be a little crazy and might annoy him,it probably won't he'll probably be glad you care about him and don't want anything to happen.
