thinking okay so my problem is that i think too much.. mostly about stupid things.. like i picture them a differnt way than reality. i always think of the worst possible thing that can happen. like my boyfriend was going to his friends house and there were gonna be 2 girls and 5 guys. so i said to him just be careful with the girls. i know he's not going to do anything with them but thats what popped into my head. it's weird and i want to stop! any suggestions?
thanks xox

I do the same thing as you. I always think negatively. But i do have a solution which might help. And that means do nothing. If you know your bf isnt going to cheat on you or something, you have nothing to worry about. So go and do something that occupy's you and then the next day you will find nothing has happened. If your sure of something but still worried, take it off your mind. And it will go past quickly. This is living your life. ]
the same thing happens to me. try thinking " the glass is half full" you could take your mind off of it by doing something you enjoy doing. or you could think of all the positive things to keep your mind off the negative things that aren't very likely to happen. like the boyfriend thing, you know you can trust him and you konw he's not going to do anything with them, so just keep your mind focused on that and you'll be fine. i hope i helped. <3 ]
Hey,omg I do this all the time! It's pritty hard eh?Well how I deal with it is to just sit down anytime your feeling like that and ask yourself,"Is that really likly to happen?Whats really happening here?" .....Just try to push the negativity away and think for yourself. The whole boyfriend thing...I mean if your thinking something like that then just talk about it even if you think it might be a little crazy and might annoy him,it probably won't he'll probably be glad you care about him and don't want anything to happen.
Hope I hepled ! C:
