15/f. i'm a shy person unless i'm your friend then i'm more outgoing. i guess i'm just afraid to embarrass myself and i care what people think of me. i want to stop being like this. i just want to let go and have fun!
also like my sister who is 17 sometimes takes me out with her friends and i'm always so quite and i hardly talk. what can i do so i talk more but not annoying? i just want to be fun to be around!
thanks!

you have to and must be CONFIDENT. you are lacking it just a little. i understand exactly what you mean by your shy maybe when you dont really know the person, and when you are with friends you are more out-going. but you have to understand everyone is kind of like that. so...a good thing to do is to try to jump in on the conversations. if you disagree tell them, dont allways nod your head and say I KNOW. Be yourself. act as if your friends are with you and you know these people like for a long long time. laugh at certain stuff, be more friendly to people around you. another great way is to be super loud around people like laugh extremely loud. just scream they're name when you see them. do anything to get attention, and to make people see that you are really not shy and that you are a fun person. Shine and Show! dont ever show weakness. show that you have everything under control, that your life is perfect. then people will not think less of you. trust me just think of it as a normal conversation. never let fear be your enemy. hope this helped!
