working out, loosing weight

hey. 14/f. ok, well i really want to loose some weight. like 20-30 pounds or somethin like that. i've tried before, but i just can't seem to stick to it because of one reason. i'm worried that when i loose weight, there will be that gross left over skin. and even when i get older i wouldn't want to get lipo or anything. so will there be extra skin?? cause i would rather be somewhat fat then have all that extra gross skin just hanging there. lol. sorry, that was a little gross. anyways. i also have another question. what are some good foods that i can eat. i know fruit and stuff, but what else? and also, do those 100 clorie ( idk how to spell that) packs work?? please help with all of these questions!! thanks!!!! luv luv!

Anger

Ok so I usually release some of my anger during football and wrestling. Now those are done. I need some ways to release the anger but punching a punching bags does not help. You have to understand i am 6'4 310 and strong i am always carefull cause i can actually kill someone and i am afraid that i will, and i really dont want to kill someone. I dont feel that i am going to kill someone not like that bu i keep my self calm all the time and all the anger is inside built up and if someone pushes the wrong button. god help them. I am not a pretty sight when i get mad which is rarly theres not many people if any who dont like me but still. So if you could help, i dunno meditate or something which i dont know will help but something.

Penis Piercing

I plan on getting my penis pierced on my 18th birthday. im 15 now, so i gotta while. i dont know WHYY i want to do this, but i think it'll deffinitely be an experience.
anyways. my questions are:
1. If you've had it done, do you regret it?
2. What are the odds of it getting infected?
3. How long must i have it pierced for it not to close up?

My life is being turned upside down

14/f OKAy my dad has been battling cancer of and on since i was about 9 im 14 now and about 3 months ago all the cancer was gone and i was sooo happpy well last week he got realli sick and had to go to the hospital to get his kidneys fixed.. well they think he has bladder cancer now.. I cryed a little bit but i keep tryint to hold it all in... last time my dad had cancer i had a major breakdown with my 3 really close friends, i dont liek ot break down but they were thhere for me and they talked me through everythign.... well no i feel like i have noone to break down to and i realy feel like i need to just once and let all my anger and sadness out..but the friends i did it with last time we arent really friends anymore becausse we went to di...

Thursday i told my friends i was going out with my crush in my gym class. when i told them one of my friends ask me praivtely if me and him are going to kiss. i look at her and said "ummm yeah why?" she respond "well you know i dont like when people kiss"
(because she told me she hated when she see people kiss in movies or in person she thinks its gross)its odd cause we are all teens but why would she seem gross out when people kiss?
anyways i couldnt belive she said that and that made me think 'is she jealous of me or him? or does she want a realtionship too with soemone?' she never met the guy before and he is new to the school. so what do you think?

the sims 2 downloads

okay so i was on the sims 2 site to download lots
and i saved them i just didn't know where to, so i took a wild guess and saved them in the EA GAMES/SIMS 2/ lotcatalog file. would that make sense? because they didn't show up on the game.
so my question, what folder do i save it in?

Well me and this boy have been talking and we were bout to go out... but he hasnt called me in almost a week!!!! also i went to i club dance on friday that he was also supposed 2 go to but he didnt show up (he was talking bout it al week!!! b4 it) so i asked his friend n he said dat he wasnt coming so i told him to tell him to call me later on !!! he never did!!!!!!!!! sooo should i call him or just forget about him???? wat should i say if i do call him or if he finally calls me!!!?????? plz help!!

I'm 15/f. I'd like to say I understand the people at my school but I can't. It seems as if all anyone cares about is getting drunk and having sex. It annoys me so much, I just don't understand why most of the girls seem like (in lack of a better word) sluts and all the guys are just pigs. My question is how do I put up with all of this when it's right in my face every day?
