I don't know, but imagine the weight coming back three-fold when you start to eat food again.

Sorry. VERY BAD IDEA.

You're probably going to rate me super low for this, but I don't care, I'm going to say it anyways.

That's a ridiculous diet. Your body would most likely go into starving mode and store the fat you already have in your body, causing you to lose weight.

You need at least 1200-2000 calories a day to stay healthy. You can just fast, lose weight, and then keep it off. Even if you DID lose weight, you'd gain it all back as soon as you ate an apple because you aren't losing weight the right way.

Here's a crazy idea: how about eating 1200 calories of HEALTHY food a day and exercise. THEN you would probably lose anywhere from 8-10 pounds in the first week...and you wouldn't be starving yourself.

And here's a reality check for you: According to your BMI, you are .2 points away from being underweight. If you were to lose 2 pounds, you WOULD be underweight.

I believe you need to stop worrying about how "fat" you are and start worrying about having a very serious eating disorder.

probably none- your weight is perfect for your height. anyway people who go a week without eating dont really lose weight because their metabolism slows down so they actually gain it at first
