You can use crest white strips. They work pretty well. You put these strips that have teeth whitening gel like stuff on them on your teeth and leave them on for a little while. Or, you could you a teeth whitening toothpaste. I use crest night effects. You use it at night and it loosens stains on your teeth, so that it will whiten them when you brush in the morning. It's been working pretty well. Hope this helps!

Meh, they all say that they whiten your teeth but that's total *bleep*. If you go to the pharmacy, they might have the kind that you want, although they could be expensive.

How about those gel thingies that you put on your teeth and leave em on for 2 hours i think or 10 mins, not sure (BIG difference, i know, sorry..) and you wash em off and voila, white teeth! The pharmacy also has that.

Keep smilin!
kay.
