what to pack for lunch

13/f.
alright, so tomorrow we're going on a field trip to metro beach and we HAVE to pack a lunch. i don't pack lunches (i buy them from the cafeteria) so i really don't know what to do. we have to have them in a paper bag and so far i have:
-Blue powerade
-Sunchips
that's all i can think of. what else should i pack? please no sandwiches or anything that requires a container. thanks!

ok so i'm 13/f and i like never go in my room i dont know why but i dont and i want to start going in my room more is there any fun things i can do to my room or put in my room like things to do or something??? also i'm thinking about reading more then i could read in my room is there any really good books i could start with keep in mind i'm 13

whats that song that goes like, "secret love" or something on that commercial, i think its a sprint commercial where you can have a top 5 and one of the guys asks "why is my girlfriend in your top 5?" and then the phone rings and its her and that song comes on. well i'm trying to download that song. if you know the name of the son can u tell me. or if you know if the commercial is even sprint or not.

i recently had a sleep over and i asked my friend b4 bed if she was gunna take her bra off and she said no, she wears it to bed, and its bad not too. then my other friend said you shouldnt wear one to bed cuz its bad for you or something. should you? will it change anything if you dont?

ok i need help. i have no idea which class to choose. i thought about pilates because its to tone your body, which is what i want. but i also want to lose weight. oh yeah and im 15 years old, do you think theyd let me in a class? i just think ill feel wierd with like a bunch of 30 year olds

Everytime my boyfriend has fingered me, Ive never orgasmed or anything. Like the first couple times, it felt good but never like "WOAH AMAZING." and the LAST couple times, it just seems like hes tryna get too into me and it starts to hurt. Or is it just that Im too tight?

Eating

I need help. I've been watching my weight for an extremely long time. I do ok, I eat about 1200-1500 calories a day & run 4 times a week for about 20 minutes. I eat a lot of fruit, yogurt, cereal, veggies, etc. I was really depressed today. I'm not sure why. I went downstairs & I just started eating. I had 100 calorie pack chocolate chip muffins. I have no idea why I ate them. That's usually not the way I behave. I don't eat those sort of things, but they were in my house because they're 100 calorie packs. After I finish eating them & drinking milk, I just lose it. I start crying & basically have a panic attack. I work so hard & randomly I just eat something I know I normally wouldn't eat, but my mind just does it's own ...

i'm on verizon wireless and i'm not able to send pix or flix messages. when ever i try to a message comes up saying service is not availible in your area. Even when i hav full bars and can call people and send texts.

this guy used to flirt with me alot when he had a girlfriend and i was instantly drawn to him and i think he liked me too. he kept asking if i had a boyfriend and if i liked anyone. i didn't want to tell him who i liked because it was him and i was afriad things wouldn't be the same between us if i did. was he trying to ask me to be his girlfriend? anyway we were good friends for a while but now we don't talk at all because he doesn't like me or anyone else that goes to my school and he ignores me when i try to talk to him. what do i do should i not try to talk to him anymore and wait till he talks to me first or should i just ignore him completley even when he does try to talk to me?

Ok, I just realized that someone from our house of Prayer left ALL of their audio equipment at my house temporarily. WEe're talking 20 channel mixer, Huge Bass Amp, Nice Bass Guitar, Shure Mics, and whatever else crap I can use to record.
What I wanna do is run the instruments into the mixer and then run them into my computer (which will be in there also) and then use a program to combine it all together (since I'm not in a band, I'd have to do all the instruments myself). the drums are going to be micced to the mixer, and guitars run straight into the mixer (bass and and lectric, and I'll have to do the electric twice so I can get simple leads in there) and then the vocals can be done to the song once the instruments are m...
