what to pack for lunch

Question Posted Thursday June 14 2007, 3:35 pm

13/f.

alright, so tomorrow we're going on a field trip to metro beach and we HAVE to pack a lunch. i don't pack lunches (i buy them from the cafeteria) so i really don't know what to do. we have to have them in a paper bag and so far i have:

-Blue powerade
-Sunchips

that's all i can think of. what else should i pack? please no sandwiches or anything that requires a container. thanks!

maybe bring some fruit or something - like an apple, banana, whatever.
and you can make a sandwich or bagel.. just put it in a plastic bag so you can throw it away

Haha. I think Ygsgirl means lunchables.

those are good! Maybe a bagel, a sandwich, or a tortilla wrap. Make sure you bring water too, incase it is a long ride and you feel sick.

**EDIT** Yah! Lunchables! That's it! LOL

How about one of those snack packs? I forget what you call them- they have meat, cheese, crackers, stuff like that. Handy Packs or something? Shoot, I forget. Surely you know what I'm talking about, here LOL.
Anyhow, they don't require a container, so that may be something you could take along.
Also, maybe a fruit, like an apple or banana?
