hey yall i need some tips for training for basketball & volleyball

hey im good in basket ball but have no expierence in volleyball so heres some tips for b-ball training for lay-ups there my strong point now thanx to this drill start at one end of the b-ball court and dribble up to your stoping point and do a lay up hope this helps if you need a tip on some thing different plz feel free to message me y-vet
