can't send pix/flix messages

i'm on verizon wireless and i'm not able to send pix or flix messages. when ever i try to a message comes up saying service is not availible in your area. Even when i hav full bars and can call people and send texts.

maybe theres something wrong with your phone

It's probably your cell phone, not the service. Call verizon up & ask customer service. Here's a website-
