Yes, for most girls it does. It helps to be with someone who cares about your feelings and takes his time,and makes sure that you enjoy sex. Enjoyment from sex doesn't just come from doing it. If the male is in a rush, and doesn't care about your comfort, and this should be obvious before you get started, you can be that the 2nd time will not be good either.
