Teeth Whitening

I brush my teeth everyday and try to hard to keep them white. I've used trays and whitening toothpaste. I wanted to know of something you have personally used that had good results. I don't want to spend a lot of money on something.

when my boyfriend and i have sex, he doesnt want to finish in my vagina because i'm not on birth control and he's afraid of me getting pregnant.
what are other ways that he can finish. like i dont like the taste of semen so the mouth isnt an option.

i dont want this to sound bad of me, but my boyfriend doesnt want to have sex with me. we used to have great sex all of the time, but he won't now.
recently, he got ill but doesn't know what caused it, and it's lasted for over 2 weeks now. since then, he just hasn't been interested in sex.
why is this? like, could he be sick and not want it or can it be possible that he isn't interested in me anymore? we have been together for 2 1/2 years.

sleep in heat

In a couple of days I am going to Dominica, an island in the west indies for a month to do community service with a group of other high schoolers.
Apparently at night it is in the 80's and I am very worried about having trouble going to sleep, because sleeping in hot weather is so hard. all i'm going to have is a sheet, but does anyone have ideas on what i could bring or do at night so I won't be so hot?? I'm extremely worried that I will never be able to get to sleep!

my dad calls me fat sometimes.. it makes me so mad! because really im not that fat.. i've gained a few pounds but im a growing girl who hasnt really played in sports for like a couple months, which is my parents fault for not registering me. i dont like running.. and i do it like once a week.. but i have to do things lik soccer or volleyball where i dont really pay attention to the fact that im running and such, making it easier. but when he calls me fat it really pisses me off because there are people waaay bigger than me. we dont have a scale.. but honestly im not that fat. i even eat healthy foods.. sometimes i eat candy and chocolate but what kid doesnt? i eat whats in the house which is usually like african food my mom and aunt make.. ...

okay there are these 2 girls.. not necessarily popular or unpopular. one of them i used to think was okay then she turned really fake and i just really disliked her. the other one she always was like pissed at me. and we were in the same cooking group.. this was before i knew problems would arise.. btw its a cooking group for my 7th grade home ec class. one of the other girls in my group is like on everyone's side but sticks to side of the girl who's always pissed at me. the other one is my friend but shes also kinda on everyones side. anyways in my yearbook i colored on the fake girl's picture in green, and wrote 'fake ogre' next to it. then i drew horns and ugly glasses and a mustache. i did the same to the 'pissed off' girl except i didn...

So hi! I am having a sleepover with my best friend when she gets back from vacation and I need some really good ideas to take her mind off of things. I've got a pool so we can swim and of course we'll watch movies, but, thats all I can think of. She has been through alot with some other friends and she complains that her summer sucks. I wish I could take her on a trip with my family but we can't afford it. So, anyone have any ideas of things we could do together to maybe cheer her up a bit?
I don't know if it means anything but we're both 16/F and she has her license already. But don't be so quick to suggest we drive somewhere because my mom may not be up for that. But feel free to list anything you think of, even if it involves driving.

I'm 16/f, and had a best friend that was 16/m. We were very good friends, hung out everyday almost, or called almost everyday. Either way, we were always talking/or together. Anyway, awhile ago, in January, something happened that ruined our friendship. Now we get in little fights over ANYTHING, and we try to fix it all but it keeps building up. We've been trying since January to regain our old friendship. Is this a lost cause? I really believed our friendship could get back to being very close, but I'm starting to feel like we're both slowly giving less effort. Is there anyway our friendship could ever be like it was, if we keep trying? Thank you.

I just wanted to say thanks for opening this even if you're not going to answer it! LOL! If you're a guy then you can really help me with this. Okay! at the art institutes, can you take two main courses? like i want to take photography and interior design, could i do that? also, do i have to take other subjects like social studies, math, english, science, ect.? or would i just take those two classes?

Cutter's Cut

I'm a cutter, and I have been for over a year.
I'm trying to stop. For the most part its working but I've slipped up now.
I have a very deep cut on my ankle, the spot on the outside where the anklebone juts out. I cut it over a week ago, and its just scabbed[lightly] today.
It has a pulsing feeling, and hurts like heck.
The cut is about an inch long, and fairly thick.
Is it going to be alright?
I can't go to a doctor, because I can't tell my parents. Also, Is there a way to stop the pain???
