Period Question

I got my period today (Wednesday) and I have a cross country meet @ Brown University on Saturday. The problem is we have a long drive to get up there (5 hours) and I get horrible cramps sometimes. Its an overnighter to top it all off and I dont feel comtrable having my period and sharing a bed. Ive had my period for about 4 years now so its not like its a super out of control flow or anything. I tried tampons and they just dont feel comtrable. I dont know what to do! This makes me not want to go so bad and it sucks. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? I know that is such a dumb question but I am DESPERATE. Please Help!

Mystery Illness

Lately I've been feeling...really bad. My stomach starts to hurt really bad, and sometimes I have trouble eating meals. I also experience fever-like symptoms, where I get really hot, then cold, then hot. Last night I had a migraine, and today my head feels better, but the rest of me still feels crummy. I'm pretty sure I don't have a cold, because this will happen about one week every month or so. I usually start to feel bad around dinner time (6:00.) and all through the night. I've been having this weird thing where I'll put food in my mouth, start chewing it, and in the middle of chewing it, I'll feel like I'm going to throw up. In a few minutes, the feeling will pass, but it usually comes back again.

Okay, so my gym teacher knows I hate gym. I tried to get into another class... But no, my principle hates mE!!!! He let the others kids get a different class, but nooooo. I had to STAY! Damn it! I've had gym all 3 years in middle school! I fucking HATE IT!!!!!! I was not built for gym, math, science or make up. UNDERSTAND THIS. My gym teacher broke my cool two days ago. I wore my black high heels so I don't have to do gym again. He yelled at me and told me to go to the office... Here's what happened...

Youtube Vids for Myspace

I want to put the video (for short ->) "Me and You" by Fall Out Boy on my Myspace page but they didn't have it so I decided to go to Youtube. I found a really great video, but the embedding was 'disabled by request'? Did the owner of that vid disable it? I don't want to get any other videos, because they probably won't have the whole thing. If any of you know, at the very end, it talks about important stuff, and gives a website, I'd like that to show so people can check out the website. (Unless that's illegal advertising or something? xP) So is it ok if I get another code and copy and paste the URL in its place? Or is it against some rule, and maybe it work won't? Suggestions would also help =]

i dont hav acne but i have like a bunch of zits on my forehead and some on my nose too. i use proactive and it always looks liek its clearing up but it never completely goes away. what can i do to get rid of it?

hey. im normally a really outgoing girl, but whenever im around my crush i totally freak out, and i cant think of anything to say ! its so annoying. he will be standing next to me, and i will just stand there too. i dont want him to think im not interested, because i really am.

whenever im at a party and theres a piano people play it. theres like multiple parts so people can join in and play another part and the song will still sound good. where can i find out how to play all of the parts? also, how many parts are there? any bg info about this would be great.

There was a show I used to watch quite a few years ago... it was about a boy that was in school, all i can really remember is he had a crush on a girl(wow that helped) and he had a big brother that got in a car accident once, so either his brother of him were afraid of riding in a car for quite awhile after that...I wish i remembered more, and if i do ill add it one, and i know this isn't much, but i really want to know what this show is... and i just can't think of it.. thanks for any help!

i have a group of imature friends that i have alot of fun with. but there's a problem, their all total pot heads and trouble makers and then i have a group of friends who are still wierd but not like them and they are a better infuence on me. should i get rid of the pot heads even though some of them arent so bad...they're still my friends, is that all that matters?

i want a camera that:
has a GOOD zoom
will allow you to take pictures in B&W and sepia
has 5 mega pixels (or something close to that)
has different flash settings ( so i can take it off)
also its MORE convenient to me if i could get it at walmart or best buy.

When getting braces do they hurt when they are putting them on or does it only hurt after they are done putting them on? Also would they pull any teeth or would they be able to fix anything teeth that is out of place depending on how far back it is?

That Book!

I doubt anyone will know what i'm talking about, But I read this book over the summer and totally forget what the name of it is! here's a summery.
Its about a boy named (i want to say David,but i know thats not it) and he was really depressed, and a drugg addict. He almost killed himself, but instead he went to a mental hospital. He met a girl who cuts herself, and they began to like eachother. He could only leaved when he believed he could get better. Then, he started drawing pictures of (his friends) heads and "maps" in them. he'd call them "brain maps" and everyone of the friends he's made wanted a drawing. In the end, he gets out of the mental hospital and feels "reborn"

I keep getting like 1 or 2 huge pimples on my back but my back isn't greasy or anyhting cuz I take two showers a day, the only thing oily is my face.
How do I remove them? I'm not comfortable wearing tank tops anymore!

Calories vs. Grams of fat

I know that to lose weight you can decrease your amount of calories. What if someone only ate 1000 calories a day, but had 50+ g of fat?? Would they gain weight or lose weight?? That is just an example. I'm just not sure how it works. Should you be more concerned about your calorie intake or your daily grams of fat?? Thanks!!
