best camera

i want a camera that:
has a GOOD zoom
will allow you to take pictures in B&W and sepia
has 5 mega pixels (or something close to that)
has different flash settings ( so i can take it off)

also its MORE convenient to me if i could get it at walmart or best buy.
and links to the cameras are also appreciated

what is ur budget? it is not convenient for me to recommend one to u, since i don't know that. but u can follow this link for a range of cameras between $100 and $200.

Just remember to do some research to get the best camera for your money.

(I have a norcent. I couldn't find one at walmart for you but try looking elsewhere. I got mine at walmart. It has 10 megapixels and some awesome settings. It cost me around $120 then.)
