my arms

I have a flat stomach and my legs are very toned. My problem is my arms. My bicepts are okay as far as I'm concerned, but my tricepts are horendous. I need to tone them and I'm hoping to see some progress by say...June? If that's possible and if not I'll settle for September. What is the easiest and fastest way to tone tricepts. I'm not asking for a list of tricpt excercizes. I have that. I'm asking which one you have used in the past that worked really well and should show atleast some results, but the time I asked. I have 1-3 lb weights and this stretchy cord with handles on the end, but I'm willing to go out and buy something, so please. HELP! haha

webcam settings to make it clear

I just bought an (enet brand) web camera last week. I'm having problems trying to tune it to make it clearer... in the shop i bought it from they fixed this webcam to their computer and it was very clear.. I want to use my webcam with windows live messenger... so i tried to tuning the contrast,brightness and the other setting in the webcam setting option in the "tools" menu in the windows live messenger... I even tried turning the lense.. but its not helping me much...
Please help.. is there any software i should download to make my webcam clearer or something? if not can anyone please please please mail me their webcam settings on your windows live messenger(by taking the settings pic through the print screen button)? PLEASE HELP ME

If you discovered that your drunken boyfriend had gotten a blowjob at a party from a stranger whose name he didn't even know, would you be bothered by this? I might add this was a couple of years ago, before we knew each other. He just admitted it to me and I've been weird about it ever since. I haven't even been able to talk to him. I can't get it off my mind. I've just totally lost respect for him for it. I realize people make mistakes but it's really bothering me. =/ He does regret it at least but still.

My dogs are small and I'm worried about the cold weather. Are they okay out there? I mean I went outside around 3am and it was freezing! I already have dog houses with their own heating pads, should that be enough? They aren't allowed inside at night.

im 15/f I liked this boy who asked me out one month and one week ago.We dated for a month and on our one month anniversary he dumped me.He said he loved me and he wanted us to be together forever.I finally said i loved him back.I am mad.I just can't understand what went wrong.I know i did nothing wrong.........So now what?

Constipated 6 week old Puppy

Hey Hey,
I have recently got a 6 week old Jack Russel Puppy which I have named "Ruffie." We've had him for 3 days and in that time he has done 2 or 3 poo's. He hasn't done one today but has been trying to, he gets in position to do one and just can't. He's weeing as normal. He has been eating tin puppy food and dry dog biscuits. I gave hi a big drink of cow milk as i was told that should make his poo runny. Does anyone know what I can do to help him? Also if there is any treatments i can use on a six week old puppy for fleas.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Over the past two months I became good friends with this girl in physics class. My teacher is very annoying. One day, as soon as i came into the classroom, my teacher gave us cards and then she told us to go to the back of the room. If the card had a gold star, we would go into the front row. Anything without a star on it had to sit in the back. She said that the back row would get lower grades on their tests and they couldnt run (or vote ) for class presdient. So i got very mad. What should i do?

Ok I like this guy at my school....I think. I only have one class with him. He talks to me sometimes and always asks me for a piece of paper(don't ask why I added that..)
But I have no idea what to do. None of my friends know. My friends are really trustworthy though. The thing is I don't know everything about him and if I tell my friends that I like him they might think he's weird or something, you know. But I know I shouldn't care about what they think or anything but that I don't know much about him. I have hardly anytime to talk to him though except during extra time in my class.

Well this girl is kinda my friend still. Well actually she used to be my very best friend until we just stopped hanging out as much and I know why I stopped hanging out with her. I have some kind of "friendship" with an old friend. We have always been so alike back in junior high that people thought we were sisters/twins. So we went to different high schools and things changed. But somehow she ends up doing something that I do. I'm quite tired of it. We always had the same ideas. Well my friend got his first girlfriend, we're in highschool and I'm SO happy!
On the internet I said that I'm so happy for him that he fianlly got a girlfriend and asked who's the lucky girl?
Then he went all mean and one of the things he said was "why do you care"

Hey everyone. First, I'd like to apoligize in advanced if this is long. But this is something that has been bothering me for a while. So this year, I've noticed a change in me. I can't exactly pin point it. I seem to have a lot more confidence, my styles switches slightly, and I'm making lots of new friends. All of these sound good right? Well according to a 'friend' of mine, I appear to think I'm better then everyone else which isn't the case AT ALL. I don't like conceited people and I know I have nothing to feel superior about.
