Bumps on arms

I went running with a friend a couple of days ago, and I got goose bumps, then my skin kind of became numb, and I started getting weird small 'lumps' on the surface of my forearms. Why did this happen? Is it because I'm used to being inside a heated house most of the time? I was wearing capri workout pants, and my legs began to turn red and started to chafe. I was wearing a plain tshirt, and noticed the bumps on there. This happened when I was went into the cold water in the beach. Is this normal?

First the crazy story in short.
I was at my Girlfriend's apartment around 4am when suddenly she jumped up, looked at me, and said that sounds like his car. Then came loud knockings at the door of her apartment, and by the knocks alone I felt threatened so I ran to grab my rifle. After I got it I ran into my girlfriend's room I placed a magazine into my gun. Right after he started slamming the other two doors into her apartment, and then came by her bedroom window yelling at my girlfriend to wake up. He start banging on the glass aswell, and after he didn't hear an answer he started to get very mad. He next started yelling things such as get out here punk. major acne problem

so ive tried pretty much every kind of acne wash possible. it seems to work for a couple of weeks, if that, and then i start getting pimples again. and lately, i have begun scarring. so now i have scars AND pimples all the time. does any one know what i can use that will 100% work and keep zits away? and also how do i get rid of scars? thanks so so much!!!

parents wont let me go on mission trip

okay so my parents wont let me go on the mission trip at my church to build houses for the indian people. my pastor is paying for me ($50) because i dont have the money to go right now. well when i talked to my mom about it she asked my dad who said no. but i really really really want to go because i love helping people like that. its over spring break (5 days) and my pastor and almost all the grown-ups from church are coming (which is A LOT) but she (and he) still wont let me go ! how do i convince them to let me go ?????
any help is GREATLY appreciated !

I'm a huge fan of thirty seconds to mars + realize they are in the UK as of now, but does anyone know when they're coming back to the US? I know they already toured for A Beautiful Lie here, but they must being doing promotional shows here in new england in new york/boston. thanks :]

I just don’t know what to do

So when I told my friend that I am bi and that I like her more than a friend. She said that she was fine with it but doesn’t feel the same way because unsure of her sexuality. I knew I had to move on. That was last year.
This year she seems close to me. Like flirting and close. When school started at college she asks me when I have class. I told her I have two English classes on Monday and Wednesday and Friday. She asks me to meet her at the front of the stairs at 2:00pm when the bus drops me off. I start class at 3:00pm. okay, so i have this huge fear that i have a major case of B.O.
like, no matter what i do, i always end up sweating wicked bad at the end of the day and i can smell myself.
its kind of embarrasing, and i really don't know what to try.
do you think it might be a doctor-type thing to go too?
or ist here a stronger deodarent i can try?

breaking the akwardness

I volunteer at the hospital and there's a new person there wokring at the same time and place as me and same room. It's been pretty akward there since we never talked but i'm hoping that we could so it won't be so akward and lonely like in there? But what can i say? I might ask a quetion like "what school do you go to" but that mihgt be really random and then it'll be silent afterwards and maybe even more akward.

I met this guy two months ago and he's searious about me, but I'm not sure if us in a relationship would work. The first problem is that I could never get myself to commit to anyone. He could be the best person I have ever known. We have great conversations (mostly about sports), he respects me completely, we practically have the same mind in most cases, and I feel like he's the only one that I could talk to about things no one else seems to understand about me. sleeping a lot

i'm 14 and a freshman in high school. this winter, i have been sleeping a ton like i come home from school at 2:30 and by 3 most days im sleeping most days until dinner and some days i sleep through dinner and i just eat after i wake up. last night i went to bed at about 11 and i slept till 9 this morning and now its noon and i could fall asleep right now. i dont like sleeping so much!!! im always grouchy cause when i wake up im kinda out of it and im not the nicest person

ok im 17, and i live in michigan. I've never got in trouble with the cops before.
i was at a party the other night and everyone was drinking. everyone was under 21, and the cops gave everyone an MIP (minor in possesion) because everyone had to do a breathalizer test.
i have a court date in about a month. my mom knows, but i was wondering, 1. what most likely is going to happen when i go to court. and 2. is there any way that i could possibly not tell my dad. he and i already dont have a very good relationship, he doesnt trust me for various reasons.

red arms

so for as long as i can remember,my arms have always gotten red. like blotches and they are bright red. i hate wearing short sleeves because everyone always asks "whats wrong with your arms" "why are your arms all red" "are you okay" it will go away after awhile but ive tried running cold water on it. blowing on it and it doesnt work, and they are really hot

Boyfriend Cheated

(14, F) My boyfriend and I have been going out for 2 months. He treats me amazingly. The other day, he told me that 2 or 3 weeks after we started dating, he kissed another girl. He said he wanted to tell me earlier but didn't want to make me upset. He promises he'll never do it again, he doesn't know why he did it.
Should I break up with him? I really don't want to, but if he cheats once, does it mean he'll do it again?
