B.O.

Question Posted Saturday March 22 2008, 1:16 pm

okay, so i have this huge fear that i have a major case of B.O.
like, no matter what i do, i always end up sweating wicked bad at the end of the day and i can smell myself.

its kind of embarrasing, and i really don't know what to try.
do you think it might be a doctor-type thing to go too?
or ist here a stronger deodarent i can try?

i already tried arrid - extra dry
and BAN.

help, please?

Try wearing clothes that breathe really well for a start, a light cotton top should help because it'll keep everything at a regular heat and your skin can breathe which won't make you sweat as much.

Try a really dry deodorant after you get out of the shower. Make sure you dry yourself thoroughly.

Also... I've heard that putting a little bit of baby powder on after you get out of the shower helps absorb the sweat.

Keep a can of deodarent on you, when you're feeling self concious, spray some.

I use Secret Clinical Strength. It's a deodorant that you apply at night to clog pores. So far it's worked great for me. I've heard that Certain-Dri works good too but I've never tried it. I would definitely try one of those before considering going to the doctor. It's probably a lot cheaper.

I would see a doctor, because I think there's this procedure that you can get where they give you shots in your armpits to stop you from sweating, or something like that.

You may also have a condition that makes you sweat a lot, and there's no problem with that.

There's mostly always a cure - I'd go see a doctor so that you can sleep better tonight... :)

If you need anymore help, feel free to ask. ^_^

Best Regards,

Mariah
