red arms
so for as long as i can remember,my arms have always gotten red. like blotches and they are bright red. i hate wearing short sleeves because everyone always asks "whats wrong with your arms" "why are your arms all red" "are you okay" it will go away after awhile but ive tried running cold water on it. blowing on it and it doesnt work, and they are really hot

You might have some sort of skin irritation. You could go to the pharmacist and ask them for their opinion, they are usually pretty good with skin conditions and it's cheaper than the doctor. If they think it's serious then they will tell you to see a doctor anyway, so there really isn't much to lose.
Personally I would suggest you put on some hyrdocortisone cream, it helps treat skin irritations, it drops the inflamation and it should soothe your arms.
