Friends after break up

Good morning / Good afternoon advicenators, I`m 20/f and my bf is 22. I`m from India. We recently broke up a few months ago and decided to stay friends. We broke up because we had been in a secret relationship and finally he wanted to come out but I couldnt let it happen because of my family. The problem is I cant stop thinking about him and I truly still love him. I know for sure my family would never accept him so thats the reason we cant get back together. We still text each other and talk but I want to know how i can just love him as a friend. I want to be with him but because its impossible, I just want to learn how to stop thinking about him constantly without having to stop talking or texting him.

There's this girl and I really began to like her. I'm in a messy relationship and stuff keeps going downhill. This girl I met is what seems to be perfect for me in every aspect of the word. We just met but she's beautiful in every sense of the word.we are both in a college group and there's this guy that she also began talking to. They text and are always together and I feel as though I'm pushed off to the side. I know this isn't good for me and I should get the hell out but I don't know what to do.

I'm 18 and my parents kicked me out

I turned 18 a couple months ago and my parents have decided to kick me out and remove all my financial support. They said that they’ve covered my ass as long as they should have to and it’s time I learned how to be a part of the real world. What do I do? I have no friends, no relatives that I can live with at all. It seems impossible to get a full-time job with no references or work experience. I’ve submitted my resume to too many supermarkets, retail stores and frozen yogurt parlors to count over the summer and I was only been able to get 6 interviews for part-time work. After suicide attempt, should I post a Facebook update about it?

20/f I was admitted into a partial care program after OD'ing in an attempt to kill myself. It's been a few days into the program, a little more than a week since the attempt has been made.
Right now I'm in a bit of a bubble, so to speak. I haven't been out with friends, I'm not going to work, really the only communication I have at the moment is through Facebook. Our family has moved around quite frequently, but I've kept a lot of my friends through FB, and we talk frequently. Anyhow, what I'm torn about is whether or not I should post a "life update" status, if you will, and inform everyone of what's going on, why I'm so quiet and cooped up lately.

Okay , so I really really really like this guy who is 17. I'm 14 . He turns 18 & 3 months later I turn 15. I've already talked to my parents about it, and they litterally have no problem with it ( I was so surprised ) but his mom does a little bit. She just doesnt want him to get in trouble.. I live in NC. I just want to know the laws of dating a minor. He's like the other half of me, we are like Bestfriends. & we've already had the talk about sex and stuff. My Bipolar Girlfriend now Ex Again keeps coming back to me

I met my girlfriend a year ago at school and we both had a crush on each other, one time around the end of the year we dated for two weeks then she left me. Then about a month or two later she came back to me and we started dating again, and she left me again. I went through depression twice now, and me and this girl are really in love, but I'm not sure if she's leaving me because of her bipolar disorder, she isn't on medication but if she came back to me again I was gonna talk to her about going on medication with her parents. I'm not sure though if she is leaving me because her bipolar disorder or what I need help to know what I should do and why she's really leaving me and if it is because her bipolar how can I make the relationship last...

Looking for a new laptop - any suggestions?

So, my current laptop is basically dead, and we think there's really nothing we can do, so now I am looking for a new one.
I will be using this laptop mostly for school (reports, online resources, etc.), e-mail, web browsing, and gaming (Yeah, I'm sort of a nerd so I would like it to be a good computer for gaming). I might also want to have a 2-in-1 laptop and tablet.
My budget is about $250-$400, so any suggestions in that price range?
I would also like to know if anyone has had experience with intel Pentium? I have found some 2-in-1 laptop/tablets I like for $350, but my brother says intel Pentium isn't any good. Any thoughts? The brand is HP, is that a good brand?

Acne treatment

I have suffered with acne since I was about 12 (I'm now 18) I have it on my face and back and although it's not quite as bad as it use to be it's still not nice and I am so self conscious about it. I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations of any treatment that actually worked as I've tried every tablet and cream possible and nothing has worked.

I want to break up with my boyfriend. We've been together for 10 months.
The problem is he's really nice and is totally in love with me. I'm worried that breaking up with him will crush him completely.
I just don't get excited about us anymore. When I get a text from him even if it says hey beautiful-I just feel no emotion. I don't really fancy him.

Is this a good deal for translating a book?

I am translating a book in the public domain. The idea to start translating the book was my fathers.
My father would like to make a contract with me where I would give him 75 % of the copyrights of the translatiion of the public domain book and I would get 25% of the copyrights. Is this a good deal? If not, what would be a good deal?

HI! I'm going to the 8th grade in 3 days. A while ago my sister & my parents went school shopping. I've seen this nice & very cute Minnie mouse backpack. I wanted it badly, so my dad bought it for me. Before he bought it though he said (this look childish. Are you sure you want this? Your too old for this). I didn't care, I still wanted the bag. But just this night I had a conversation with my very best friend. I told her about my book bag. And she said ( what grade are you in?! A Minnie mouse bag, really? Your not in kindergarten) That's when I really had second thoughts. But I really like the bag. I thinks its adorable. Am I being too worried of what people are thinking about me? I just need someone's advice. Please Help!

My sister never takes no for an answer and sometimes it gives her a feeling that she is allowed everything and everyone must do whatever she asks. Like she never handed me a shoe to kill a spider even if she was next to one and she expected me to kill a spider and another she never let's me in her room and whenever she wants to borrow my clothes and I say no becaude you never return any favors she gets mad and slams my doorand pulls huge sissy fits. What can I do? I hate fighting but the sense of authority she has is mind-blowing and it makes me feel like she never gives me any respect.

Competitive Sisters

I have two teenage daughters who have been blessed with musical talent and beautiful singing voices.There is a talent show at our county fair every year and they want to participate. I am almost certain one of them would win or place as a runner up. Therein lies the problem! They have a close loving relationship but they are extremely competitive with each other when it comes to music. So far I have never allowed them to compete against each other because I am afraid this could create a permanent rift between them. I have tried to encourage them to sing together as a duet but they refuse. Should I allow them to compete individually and possibly damage their relationship for life?

Sleep paralysis

So lately I have gone to sleep and been waking up with my whole body vibrating and I can't move or talk at all until I build up the strength to move a little and I read about it obviously cause I was freaked out and I was in sleep paralysis and I brushed it off and recently it happened again and I couldn't breathe and I was getting really scared and which made it even harder to breathe so my question is what's exactly is sleep paralysis and how do I get rid of it

I had sex with someone I've been seeing. For the first time, I had anal sex. I was not expecting that to happen. If I knew it was coming, I would have done an enema ahead of time. He still treated me well and acted as if everything was fine afterward. But now, he's not talking to me as much. I know that if you do anal, it's going to smell like poop. Now I'm just hoping he didn't try smelling his hand or whatever.
