It's in New Jersey. Is it a good pre-med college? I would like to become a dermatologist. Where is it ranked in comparison to other universities in the nation? Like how Harvards number one, where is Richard Stockton, and what does it take to get in? How much is tuition and is it in a safe neighborhood? My brothers are in universities in the top 50 and I don't want to go to a college unless its a good one, at least in the field I want. Thanks soo much.

soo im perfectly find with my weight, i just have hips that i would prefer to be a bit smaller. i do work out regularly, but i dont know how to target them.
are there any exercises that specifically target the hips ?

How do I show a guy whom I am in love with what he means to me when we don't live in the same town and he now has a new girlfriend, but he does like me because he said so but to be fair to his girlfriend he has pushed those feelings out. My brother is diabetic and he accidentally hit his head while getting in the car did not paid too much attention to it until a couple days after when we call 911 for an ambulance because he was really bad. It seems that he was bleeding internally due to the hit in the head and did not know it, that was the explanation the Doctor gave us, he undergo an operation and after 24 hours he seem completely well until four days after the operation when he could not speak any more, the doctor requested to a nurse to give my brother some medication for seizure and he responded well, but after a few hours he was back to the same condition. How to discuss regulations with your employer

I live in Ontario, Canada. Any regulations I bring up are specific to my location.
I'm working for a very small telecommunications company, and I really like my employers. I signed on as a part time employee, but asked for full time hours. They managed to find full time, plus some! I'm really grateful for what they've done. Not only did they find more hours for me, but they've also got me working from home during the week.
Sounds great, right? Here's the problem...I've been looking into the labour regulations for my province and there are a few issues:

I just want a second opinion on this.
I'm about to go off to college, so I am trying to not get too attached to my boyfriend of 2 months whom I will inevitably have to break up with some time soon. so next month im having my sweet 16 party!
i didn't really have any good ideas so i decided to take my (girl) friends to a nice dinner. Now that i've told a few, they dont really sound excited( some do some dont). When i mentioned it to one of my closest friends, she said "well, why not a limo? ive always wanted to go in one, there so nice!".

drug test

my parents are really pushing me to get a job. im 16 and i dont have my permit, or my license yet. and kroger is nearby, so i could basically walk to work if i got a job there.
the only problem is im very well-aware that they test your urine for drugs. and i smoked weed twice within the last week and a half, so i know i'd fail.
im not wondering how to pass one, im just wondering what happens when you FAIL one. like, do they get the cops involved? do they call your parents? or do they just say i cant have the job and send me out or fire me, ban me from the store, or what?
