hips ? soo im perfectly find with my weight, i just have hips that i would prefer to be a bit smaller. i do work out regularly, but i dont know how to target them.
are there any exercises that specifically target the hips ?

Yoga lengthens the muscles rather than bulk them up, and there are specific yoga exercises for the hip area. Look into that. Pilates may work too.
