Hey Everyone..k i have a really weird problem..i can not do a push up. any tips? maybe im not doing it correctly or something? ive tried but like just one pushup takes so much effort, and i can barely do one! please help! thanks!

Over the summer I've lost like 10 pounds. But my arms are like fat and it really bugs me. I lift weights once and a while (10lbs,my parents won't get anything more). What are some other excersices and stuff I can do to make them smaller? Thanks in advance. i'll rate

I have field hockey tryouts tonight, and for the past 3 tryouts, I've hated it. I can't run that much, and I'm not good enough. I really wanna just quit, but my mom and dad will be so dissapointed, even though they try not to show it. Should I quit or not? What's the best thing to do in this situation? Please hurry I have tryouts @ 4:30 pm tonite

Hi i am 13 and im really short for my age and i weigh 90 or so pounds. i wanted to know if any one knew any excercise routines with out lifiting weights(cause i don't have any)If you know any excercise routines(pushups...)that will help me loose weight in a short amount of timethat would be great!!

ok sorry i know ive asked but i was told all this stuff on lower and upper stomach so...would it work if i did 30 crunches in the morning and 30 6 inches in the evening everyday?????...i just need a routine i can start doin and how long till i see a difference??? thank u so much xxx

ok i dont get this about my body like the rest of it is all tight and fit but my arms are like all flappy and gross like, i see ppl that are like really fat but dont have arms like me, that arelike all flabby, can u tell me why this is, and like how can i fix this i mean my whole body is great except my arms!!

Ok see im 13 and im normal weight for a 13 yr old girl, but it seems like all the boys in my grade are smaller.. i mean literly smaller than me- shorter and less weight. i don't no what the " deal " .

im 13M and weigh around 150. and im thinking on going on a diet. and have every vitamen and mineral covered exept protien. ya see, protien offten travels with fat and i dont know how to get protien into my diet without eating fating food. any ideas

i am skinny and thin and i love my body but as always like everyone i dont like one part of my body..which is my thighs...my inner thighs kinda rub together and it would help alot if i got some help.please give me your best answer on how to lose weight in my inner thighs quick with a good diet and excersice answer please only answer if you got a good answer thanks much!!! [also extra neone kno ne excercises that would give you tight abs ;-)]

Ok i'm ahving a swimming party for my b-day and i might invite some guys and i kinda ahve a pooch and the guy i like might coem and i was wondering how i get a flat stomcah in about 1-2 weeks.i have volleyball practice in the mornings at 6 30 so we run there and when i get home i'm really tired so no like real powerful stuff.i rate high

theres no dance places around where i live but i LOVE to dance. i want to lose weight and be motivated to dance and stuff. how do i do this? what should i do every day to be a good dancer? what are some good songs to dance to and not ONLY rap but some is goood too. thank you!

Field hockey tryouts are coming up. I've been training all year, but since this is the first time I'm trying out, I'm nervous. VERY nervous. They're on Saturday, and I know I've trained as hard as I possibly could, but I'm still probably one of the least conditioned people trying out. I keep on trying to convince myself; "You've done the best you could," but it's not working! I keep on getting scared that I'll end up left behind or the last person. Even telling myself that I would be doing my best doesn't work. I'm so panicked. It's like getting on this team is [sorta] ruining my life! Does anyone have any tips to make me feel more relaxed and at ease? Aything. . .tips to tryout, what I should do the next few days exer...
