babiibananax3 answered Saturday August 20 2005, 10:02 am: to get a flatter stomach::
-crunches
-pilotes
lay on your back and with your hands by your sides lift your head up just so you can see your stomach and lift you legs just above the floor by like a foot and count to 100
-sit ups
-leg lifts
lay on your back and just lift you legs up and down and try to hold it
-bicycle crunch
lay on your back and then prop you upper body up and lean on your elbows and lift your legs up a little from the floor then bring one knee in and then the other keep doing this slowly and you*ll feel it in you abs
also try seeing if you can get an excersise ball or the ab roller which can get mostly anywhere
good luck!!*

x:o:BLONDIE:o:x answered Saturday August 20 2005, 3:47 am: ok! i am a dancer and a cheerleader. for dance, we do 500 crunches but if you can't do that many, shoot for 200 and make sure you do them in different directions. for cheer, we run alot so the volleyball thing should help.i read in a magazine that you should have the proper amount of servings for each item that is reccomended
aka the food pryamid. don't each that much candy. instead, as a snack eat yogurt or rice or an apple.for breakfast eat eggs with fruit and a glass of orange juice, lunch, chicken breast or fish and brocoilli, and for dinner eat fish, or more ckicken.that is a healthy eating plan that will make sure not that many fattenig stuff will get into your system. its better for your body to eat this everyday. hope i helped.

RWerner answered Friday August 19 2005, 3:27 pm: the 2 best things you could do are crunches and eating healthy. do like 150 crunches at least each day. 50 in the morning, 50 in the after noon, and 50 at night. [ RWerner's advice column | Ask RWerner A Question ]
Aikens__Angelxo answered Friday August 19 2005, 10:54 am: Try doing crunches...about 200 before you go to bed it will work. i've had soccer the past couple of weeks and we do soo many crunches and even i'm getting thinner. but you cant just hope to god it will work alone, you might have to stop eating fatening foods, like instead of having chips, have carrots.
xO0TR0PiCALTEAR answered Friday August 19 2005, 7:06 am: Uhm try doing liek crunches and stuff liek that just do liek 50 in the morning and 50 at night and progress as time goes on.. Tae-bo and things liek that works to.
cheerleader4evr answered Friday August 19 2005, 2:37 am: well i think you should use a diet, thats the best way to go, try eating heathly cereal for 2 of your meals for 2 weeks you should loose most of your "pooch" by then. HOPE I HELPED!! [ cheerleader4evr's advice column | Ask cheerleader4evr A Question ]
X0C0URT answered Thursday August 18 2005, 9:18 pm: Honestly the best thing to do is crunches. Try to start with like 200 a day. (You can spread them out an do like 50-100 at a time.) Then eventually work up to doing like 1000 a day. That's what I do and my stomach's gotten pretty flat this summer.
SoInToYoUx0x answered Thursday August 18 2005, 8:23 pm: the best and easiest way to get your stomach done is to do sit ps or crunes just do like 50 a day or as many as you can and if you want fast improvements everyday increase your goal by 5 and it should work out for you. hope this helps you out.
