after running? after someone is running around like playing / practicing soccer / basketball / any sport or just running.. what is the best thing to drink and eat? so that your body goes back to its normal rate...

Water is the best thing to drink. Even if gatorade says it's better, water is the more natural thing to drink. Get some water. And I cannot imagine eating after a sport, but crackers would probably be best then.

EAT MEAT after a soccer game or workout, stretch, drink lots of water then eat meat SOON it helps repair muscels and it helps burn calories then too!!! ]
water is best....gatorade or powerade are fine too just mix it with water or chase it. ]
