Ok i'm ahving a swimming party for my b-day and i might invite some guys and i kinda ahve a pooch and the guy i like might coem and i was wondering how i get a flat stomcah in about 1-2 weeks.i have volleyball practice in the mornings at 6 30 so we run there and when i get home i'm really tired so no like real powerful stuff.i rate high
the 2 best things you could do are crunches and eating healthy. do like 150 crunches at least each day. 50 in the morning, 50 in the after noon, and 50 at night.
