How do you overcome jealousy?

Okay i have this best friend who is pretty much like a sister, we've lived nxt door all of our lives well anyways recently b4 skool started her and her bf broke up..these 2 are like bound to get married no joke their 2 perfect together..well now that its december and she still talks to him they still talk about being together and she shows me all the conversations and everything...What im getting at is that its really starting to annoy me about how obsessed she is because all she talks about is him we will be watching a movie and shell start talking about him..everything is about him and its like its not ever her anymore. well for one, if he has a new girlfriend and he says how much he likes your friend, hes leading your friend on. i mean you've gotta tell her...maybe she'll be mad to begin with but she cant stay mad forever. and maybe you should tell him to stop acting like they're dating when they're not because thats just wrong, and the way to tell her shes rather annoying...is just bring it up be like do you realize you talk about him, a lot and if she says yeah be like i understand you like him but can you please try to not talk about him so much i mean dont keep your feelings inside or anything just enough so that you dont lose your head.

I took my first school picture..
the eye doctor said that after getting my first glasses this summer my eyes might get a little light sensitive
they got REALLY light sensitive on picture day.
I ended up blinking in my school picture.
I freaked out, then took retakes.
They came back today.. eyes closed.
I already talked to the yearbook sponsor. She said that I can bring in a picture of me and they'll scan it into the yearbook.
But there will be a different background and stuff and it will be at the end of the yearbook.
I have this AMAzing picture of me and i want to put it in, but i'm not sure if people will laugh at me or anything or talk about it if it sticks out.
Should I have stick out or not have a picture in there at all?

i think you should put it in there, i mean who knows, maybe people will think you're lucky that you got to put your good picture in there. and besides its good to be different and if people taunt you then dont let it get to you, because then they're only saying that because they dont like the way theirs turned out.

the same thing happend to me, only i was younger than you. theres not much you can do to stop her from moveing i mean you cant steal her from her parents and take her away but what you can do is get her address, phone number, and screen name for aim and you guys can talk there, and possibley meet up over the summer if its ok with your parents. as for having no friends, i know what you feel like there too, just try and meet new people i mean you dont have to become like soulmates with the people you meet but just saying hi or something could lead to you being friends.

talk to her alone and tell her that you really do like him and that its like nothing against your friendship but you just like him. and then tell her that her friendship means a lot to you and that you dont want any guy getting in the way. and when he asks you out, call your friend before your answer to make sure shes ok with it. and if shes not then try to make her ok with it without being a complete jerk about it. hopefully things will work out

People make fun of me because I really love Clay Aiken. Last year I was a freshman in high school..and I got teased for liking him. It was bad like worse then you'd think, it got soo abd that my best friend turned on me and was with all of the other 'Clay-haters' that ruined my life! It got soo bad that I failed 2 of my classes because people hurt my feelings about loving someone that most people don't get! I absolutly HATE when people make fun of me for liking him, and making fun of him. I need to know what to do, I really try hard to ignore them, but the more I ignore the worse the insults get..I just need to know what to do..

Im not going to say my age because then you will prejudge me, so im a teenager female and im not new to the dating sence.
I have one good friend,just one-no others.Lets call him Jason. Jason can be overdramatic sometimes,emo if you will though he would never admit it to you.
I have a problem trusting people,because whenever i do they always betray me.I found Jason and i trusted him,we where best friends. He told me he liked me and then everything kinda fell we started fighting and then he said he didnt want to be friends.To make a long story short,i was upset because we pretty much decided it was over. I said "it was hard to sit there and just let you go" in one of my away messages.
He said " I'll never let you go,no matter how much i annoy you,i'll keep trying" and then signed off.
That made me smile.
I've always been crushing on him and that made me really know that he cares. But he betrayed me and i should be mad at him, but at the same time i want to just come back and be with him again.
Another problem. His exgf lets call her Ellie.
She still loves him,but he dumped her and Ellie and i have become friends. Like best friends.
I like Jason a lot. And if we do become friends again i would want to go out with him. So how can i tell Ellie,because im sure that he would choose her over me.

alright i think that you should tell ellie how you're feeling about jason. then you should not be mad at jason just make sure you get your point across that you dont like being betrayed. then you should ask ellie if she'd hate you if you possibley went out with jason. and if she says yea wait a while she'll get over him soon enough. and if she says no, then ask him out.

dont peirce it yourself, something could go wrong, like it could get infected. you're better off getting it done professionally and i dont think it matters the length of your toung maybe its just the way you look at it.
