it hydrates and refreshes your body and um... it's good for you. umm i think it can help you lose weight, like.. if you get hungry.. you can just drink a few glasses of water and you won't be hungry anymore. so instead of eating something with hundreds of calories, you can drink water with no calories.
you can probably lose weight by doing this, but you shouldnt do it the whole day because even though water is good for you, it's not going to give you any energy

hope i helped :)

Water is what keeps you running. It helps your muscles and organs run smoothly. By drinking plenty of water, you can work longer (because you’re not so tried), you are less likely to injure yourself during a workout/ sporting actives; as for losing weight, it is possible if you drink enough water in place of other stuff (like soda), because you’re getting that extra sugar and calories. But water alone can’t make you lose weight, you still need to eat right, and exercise often.

I hope this helps you out, let me know if it did!

Best of luck

It will help you burn fat from the food you eat and for the grease on it.But you must go along with a diet like you could go buy some chicken from KFC then you peel off the skin which by the way I like KFC.You should eat wheat bread instead of the regular one.Eat a whole lot of fruit and vegetables when you are hungry don't eat meat a lot and eat half of a plate of food.Like I told someone it takes three hours for the metabolism to break down the food you eat so that's why it is very important not to eat every one hour or two but three hours! Also you need to do running at least 45 minutes because you will burn 80%fat and 20%carbohydrates which is some serious fat burnin!Or you could do more.

Probably not. Unless you're using it as a subtitute for food. More likely, it'll add temporary weight. Let me explain.
At Jamboree, it was 100-120 degrees (Heat Index) outside pretty much every day. On the days it was nearing 120, we had to drink 1.5 gallons of water a day, and when it was lower, around 0.5. Well, I drank about 3 gallons and 1 gallon. I gained 5 pound, even though I had to have sweated off 5. So, I was the same weight. After 3 days of peeing, I lost 5 pounds. That is all water.
So, it will not help you lose weight, but if you drink it for exercise reasons, you will after you stop for a few days.
Hope I didn't confuse you too much...
-Steven

It hydrates you, and will help you to lose a little weight. But it would be a big mistake to rely on drinking water alone; the results will be relatively minor unless you also change your general diet by switching some of your daily intake to healthy fruits and vegetables. And of course it's a good idea to cut down at least a bit on sweets and fats.

Daily exercise will kick up your metabolism, allowing your body to burn more fat even when you're resting. I recommend 30 or more minutes (more is better) of cardiovascular exercise (brisk walking, running, swimming, biking, or cardio-machine use) every other day, and if you REALLY want to burn fat, do some light weight-training on alternate days. You can also do some cardio on weight-training days, as long as you don't hurt yourself. But be sure to take at least every other day off from weight training, to give your muscles a chance to recover and rebuild.

Water's a good start, particularly if you use it to *replace* soft drinks. Good luck!
