This is what I do everyday..

50 sit ups
50 leg lifts on each leg
sit on your knees, and make your back touch the floor, then pull yourself up without grabbing on to the floor or anything, 50 of those.

i do a lot of junk, but just keep water with you, && i watch TV while i do those, haha. :]

hope i helped.

Ok Well If You Want To Tone Your Tummy You Can Try Doing Crunches they are like sit ups but you dont have to actually "sit up" you just go in the position of how you would do sit ups but instead of trying to "sit up" you do half way sit ups atleast 50 or so But not all at once you can do them in some parts of the day. For Example Usher Does 200 Crunches But Not All At Once. He Finds Time To Do Some Every Few Hours.

you might see a change after a week or so.

hope it helped

Well, I think you're going to have to do alot more situps to get a flatter tummy. Yes, it is unbelievable, but you might have to do up to 50-75 a night. But ofcourse there are other options. So check out these websites:

P.S- Make sure you are on a good diet too. Eat light, crackers, fruit, veggies, bread, fish, tofu, white emats. And stay away from red meats like steak.

Good Lucks & Have a good summer.

well crunches help your uper stomach. keep doin that if you want your " upper-stomach" to be flat, (crunches help sooo much for that) if you want your "lower-sotmach" to be flat then what really helps is 6 inches>>( where you lay flat on your back and raise your feet above the ground 6 inches, hense the same "6 inches') there is also this ab machine called 6 SECOND ABS. it can work out your uper and lower abs >> (you can find that machine (small machine) in dicks sporting goods, modells, sporting or exersize stores like that) it comes with a DVD to tell you everything you need to do step by steph.
like when you eat and just do crunches , it helps your upper stomach, all your fat ususally settles at you lower stomach.
hope i helpd!!

thats always a good start but there are more options. like doing cardio can help burn the fat around the muscle so it would help tone it. also doing oblique crunches would help.

to get a flatter stomach::
-crunches
-pilotes
lay on your back and with your hands by your sides lift your head up just so you can see your stomach and lift you legs just above the floor by like a foot and count to 100
-leg lifts
lay on your back and just lift you legs up and down and try to hold it
-bicycle crunch
lay on your back and then prop you upper body up and lean on your elbows and lift your legs up a little from the floor then bring one knee in and then the other keep doing this slowly and you*ll feel it in you abs
also try seeing if you can get an excersise ball or the ab roller which can get mostly anywhere
26 sit ups will help but doing different things will help a little more...try doing a little more of each thing each day and you will definently see results...if your confused on any of the things drop one in my inbox and i*ll explain it a bit better
good luck!!*
