body ok i dont get this about my body like the rest of it is all tight and fit but my arms are like all flappy and gross like, i see ppl that are like really fat but dont have arms like me, that arelike all flabby, can u tell me why this is, and like how can i fix this i mean my whole body is great except my arms!!

A good thing to do is lift weights. It helps burn fat and gain muscle in the arms. Lifting Weights is definately a good way or making your arms look good. ]
push*ups help a lot! try like 50 a day but do them in sets of 10*

well mabe you shoud do some arm exersises to help the flappyness for example ;lift waits push ups pull ups lift hevy objects it might seem like alot of work but you'll love the results and i think you have nothing to do with your arms it could be heredity
