My husband drives me crazy, I'm frustrated. Suggestions?

We've been married 19 years. Divorce has crossed my mind, but would be difficult due to many reasons.
We both work full time and have an equine business on the side at home. We've raised three children, the kids turned out pretty good in spite.
The last 10 years or so, my husband really gets on my nerves and it is only escalating. I try my best to avoid him, so I pretend to be roommates and we just go our separate ways. There are some things in day to day life we have to discuss, such as chores to be done, work with the animals, but each and every time, with everything I say he disagrees with me to the point that nothing gets accomplished, unless I do it myself, and I can't do it all alone.

He likes to tease me over little things (my dumb jokes, gullibility (cause sarcasm sometimes flies over my head, and innocence), even if they happened over a week ago. But I don't know if it's in good nature or not cause he told me that he sees me as innocent and as a good girl and everything. but it's not like he knows what's at the depths of my mind.. I just somehow give off that innocent vibe in public. I'm sure he'd be surprised to know that I can have really perverted thoughts, especially when I'm around him. but other than that I suppose I'm pretty innocent.

-sometimes I catch him checking me out, even when I'm sitting down. I've seen him stare at my feet (with nail polish and strappy wedge heels), my legs (when I wore a mini dress), and even my friend said she once caught him looking me over when I wasn't paying attention
-when our eyes meet he tends to raise his eyebrows or just one and smile like he's surprised or being devious or something. sometimes it seems involuntary, too

I have been w/ my amazing bf for 10 months. I have never cheated until this relationship. Before him I dated a guy who cheated on me a lot. My parents made me breakup w/ him and threatened to take everything away from me.. I'm not in high school btw I am in college. I could not stop seeing my ex, I still love him. I am still seeing my ex and my current bf. it is seriously making me sick to my stomache. Idk why I even so it because I am not sexually attracted to my ex... So I met this guy online and we've been talking almost constantly for a week or so and I think he's really awesome. He's a total sweetheart who has a great job and wants to do everything he can to help me. He's like everything I want but I'm not attracted to him at all. I was so disappointed when I webcammed with him and found out that he didn't really look like I thought he would.
I feel like such a b*tch because I REALLY like him but I can't get into him. I'm supposed to meet up with him (with a friend of course) next week and he wants to take me shopping and out to eat and he's even helping me get a job.

About 10 months ago I started seeing this guy. We had a "thing" for awhile and eventually started dating. We were only together for a couple months. He didnt treat me very well and actually did alot of really douchey things. I was really upset one night and brokeup with him in a text message. That was about 8 months ago. This guy is a huge jerk. there is this guy i see from time to time over the last few months at first he would come by me all the time and look at me but never say anything then a few weeks ago he came up to and made some small talk with but it wasnt a long conversation i was surprised by it now when i see him he will say hi but the rest of the time he comes by he just stares at me without saying anything what is up with that and what should I do the next time i see him looking at me?

Hi, I am in an interratial relationship and it's proven more that once to be a hard one. Not becuase of the race difference as such but the challenge is in the type. He is Indian and they are known for their jealousy and infidility. The one I am dating, well, I am not sure if he is just being that,a hypocrite, narsisitic, selfish or a womanizer or all in one. I was just wondering, how much looking would be considered over the top in a realtionship? Because my boyfriend is very attentive to the way other girls look physically.
