What could this guy be thinking?

there is this guy i see from time to time over the last few months at first he would come by me all the time and look at me but never say anything then a few weeks ago he came up to and made some small talk with but it wasnt a long conversation i was surprised by it now when i see him he will say hi but the rest of the time he comes by he just stares at me without saying anything what is up with that and what should I do the next time i see him looking at me?

It sounds like he has a crush on you! He also sounds quite shy. So my advice? Next time you see him looking at you, go over. Introduce yourself properly, and just make small talk. This will help him feel relaxed, and if he likes you, he will be more likely to ask you out (or you could ask him out) as he is relaxed.
