I found out today that my best guy friend that I've been crushing on years has just asked a frined of mine. Before this he kept flirting me,caring about me. Making me believe that we were more than friends. I had just work up the courage to tell him. I was going to tell how I feel on friday. Than i hear this "great" piece of news. The crazy part is that i'm not mad. I don't want to cry, i don't wanna break anything. Honestly i just feel nothing. I feel nothing, i'm numb. I don't know if i'm ok with it our just in shock to feel anything. I feel played, he really lead to me to believe that he liked me. Dagger in the heart. However, the girl he asked out. Blood clot after giving blood for first time

so i gave blood today for the first time and i took may bandage off 5 hours later, and i have an inch long blood clot [looking thing] with a faint bruise around it.
is this normal?! what do i do?

Alright, In June I had gotten the env Touch because my enV 2 had fallen in a lake and gotten lost.
Ever since I got it, it would decied to turn off at random times.
Today -October 15- My phone had turned off when I got off my school bus to go into school. I turned it on, and went to type in my phone unlock code but then realized it wasn't there.
Somehow when my phone shut off, it reseted my internal and external background, banner, and took off my phone lock code.
But everything else was fine.
I though it was just a random screw up in the system since nothing had happened the rest of the day.
Now it's 8:20pm and my phone just did the exact same thing aga...

Why are we obsessed with beauty?

It seems as though the world is upset with beauty. I feel as though I am. People often neglect people who aren't as "beautiful" and they grow insecure.
I understand that we all admire beauty, and we all like beauty but why have we become so obsessed with it? Even in religion -- For example, Islam; obsessed with the idea of perfect women in paradise that the women of this world are like trash compared to. (I say that because I was muslim at some point, and learned this all.)
Even when we're little kids; The focus is beauty.
How would someone not be obsessed with beauty?

Drama project

I'm doing a project with my partner and it's due ina few days.
Sadly, procrastination in my best friend.

So, here's the deal.
I have to find a picture, of two GIRLS.
doing something?
Tennis, reading, modeling ect.
And then we have to pose for it, as in the picture.
And then we have to act it out, and make it into a skit type thing.
I need ideas.
Something short and sweet though.

Experience with psychiatric medication

I'm looking for people with experience taking psychiatric medication (for depression and other problems- Klonapin, Adderall, Seraquil, etc) that would be willing to be interviewed over email.

Grants for small business

I am 25 and I am ready to start an online business...I am a woman and I am black- 1/2 african american and 1/2 west caribian...I also native american heritage (but that one may not be strong enough). So what is the best way to go about getting a grant to start, I basaically need money for basic inventory, international phone plan, licences, logo and website name and hosting. So I would say from 5,000-10,000 to start would be cool. Thank you for the advice.

i like this guy. i shouldn't say like because i haven't had much of a chance to get to know him. i thought everything was going good. he flirted with me in school. and we hung out at sporting events. than he kind of stop showing interest in me and more in another girl my age who im calling sam for now. im not very close with sam but i say hey when i see her and ive never had a problem with her....until now...i find her irritating and conceited. i don't know, i think it could just be jealousy but im not sure. what should i do?

I'm 16/f and I need some sex advice as the topic says.
My boyfriend and I lost our virginity to each other (sort of) last month and I want to do it again BUT the right way this time. You see when we tried to have sex before, it didn't go in all the way. It kind of hurt but for the most part it was an uncomfortable feeling. Probably because I'm not used to a penis being in there I assume. My question is how can I make it more comfortable for us next time and more enjoyable? Any real help would be useful.

don't want to be in a relationship

So I am a freshman in college and I've been on a couple dates with this guy who really likes me a lot. I think hes adorable and sweet and stuff, and it's not like there are any other guys in my life right now, it's just that I don't want to be tied down in a relationship, at least for my first year in college. Is it selfish of me to want to continue dating him but not be labeled his girlfriend? and even so, i have a feeling hes going to ask me to be his girlfriend soon, so how on earth do i tell him how i feel without hurting his feelings?

14/ F I am have a rib/tummy/back pain that is getting worse each day. I have told my mom about it, but she wont take me to the doctor. It gets so bad that i fill fall down, throw up, are even pass out. I have no idea what this could be. And i feel i need to see a doctor and soon. :/

My best friend at college and I are in the same major and its very hectic and challenging. We work really late nights in the studio, last night we finally went back to our dorms at 5am after working since 2pm. We keep each other sane during times like this. I'm kind of crazy about him too and I can't tell if he feels the same way but whenever I come to work at his desk he always plays music about relationships and I can't tell if he's hinting something. I broke up with my boyfriend a little over a week ago for other reasons and he really helped me through all of that but when I was with him my friend would play "Over and Over Again" by Nelly..which if you haven't heard it says "I can't keep picturing you with him, and it hur...
