i have a pimple in my ear lobe .. its like to a head but nothing comes out? how do i get rid of it?

oh my gosh haha...i had this too lol...but it hurts right? and its so thick you can't pop it....well, i just basically went away...i can't remember how cuz it was a while ago, but it popped or something like that, just on its own time...so patience is a good thing haha...good luck :D
