At the looks of it I am gonna have to go to work pretty quickly after the baby is born. So this will be my first attemp at breat feeding how to do breat feed an work??

It will help if you bring a picture of your child at work,because the mental part in breastfeeding is very important! And you will have to do it many times a day to keep your milk flow going, so see with your employer if you can get a private place to do it and a place in the fridge. Think of your child as you do it, it is important.
When both my kids were born, just earing a baby's cry made my breasts leek a lot! Even if it wasn't mine. And don't give up, it can be hard at the beginning but there'S resources available everywhere. With my first kid i had problems and a nurse came to my house to help me a couple times...he wasn't latching properly.

This means extracting milk from your breasts to put into bottles which can be fed to your baby when you aren't there. You can do this by hand or with a special pump.
