You probably mean the sponge with spermicide on it, ...but you should know that this method is not as effective as the pill or the condom...you are taking chances, be carefull, and it also won't protect you from getting an std. And trust me , an STD isn't always visible...

its confusing me and i dont get how they turn into vampires...

you are right, that's exactly how they do it in true blood, just not sure if they actually drain totally the "victim's" blood, because then how could she be drinking if she is totally dead?

Breast pump is the answer, and you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly.Doing it manually works as well but not as good. It will help if you bring a picture of your child at work,because the mental part in breastfeeding is very important! And you will have to do it many times a day to keep your milk flow going, so see with your employer if you can get a private place to do it and a place in the fridge. Think of your child as you do it, it is important.
When both my kids were born, just earing a baby's cry made my breasts leek a lot! Even if it wasn't mine. And don't give up, it can be hard at the beginning but there'S resources available everywhere. With my first kid i had problems and a nurse came to my house to help me a couple times...he wasn't latching properly.
