um theres really no order but usually it starts off with kissing, which leads to touching, fingering/handjob, oral (if you want), then sex. and yeah the guy has to be hard but if you go through all of that he should be.

There really isn't a specific "order", but he does need to be hard. Otherwise, things will be really difficult.

A blowjob can happen at any time during sex, it's really all up to you.

Usually you have foreplay - everything that builds up to sex, like making out, which can include a blowjob or not, depending on the mood at the time and what you are comfortable with. A handjob is another option, but most guys prefer the blowjob. Sometimes both people are already aroused without foreplay and go right into sex, skipping such "steps". Foreplay is to arouse both partners, and yes, so the guy can get hard in order to be able to penetrate. Oral sex can be separate from sex and doesn't have to lead up to it, necessarily.

There's no order, and you don't have to do anything at any particular time....just relax, listen to your inner voice, trust yourself, and go with your feelings and body. And remember that you need more preparation than him before sex...and talking with your partner is a good idea. Also don't do things you are not ready to do. Respect yourself and enjoy a healthy sex life!

um yeah a guy has to be hard to have sex. and most guys will probably expect blow jobs before sex but its not like its impossible to have sex without giving a guy a blowjob. Oh and you can give a guy a blowjob even if he's not hard.. but he prob will be haha...
and i guess the order is like kissing, groping, taking clothes off.. hand job/ fingering.. oral.. and then actual sex haha or something like that
hope that helped
